Abstract
Permasalahan kinerja proyek konstruksi di PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk terlihat dari belum optimalnya capaian proyek tepat waktu (on time) dan sesuai anggaran (on budget).

Construction project performance at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk remains suboptimal in terms of timely (on-time) and budget-compliant (on-budget) completion. Of 97 projects observed, 45 achieved both targets, whereas 52 experienced delays, cost overruns, or both. This study examines the direct effects of dynamic capability, absorptive capacity, and operational ambidexterity on project performance, as well as the moderating roles of absorptive capacity and operational ambidexterity. Data were collected using purposive sampling from 250 personnel involved in WIKA project activities and analyzed with PLS-SEM using an embedded two-stage approach. The results show that dynamic capability and absorptive capacity have positive and significant direct effects on project performance. Operational ambidexterity has no significant direct effect, and neither moderating effect is significant. The model explains 81.6% of the variance in project performance. The findings indicate that project performance improvement should prioritize stronger dynamic capabilities and the effective utilization of knowledge through absorptive capacity.
