Abstract
Industri konstruksi di Indonesia saat ini mengalami perkembangan pesat dengan maraknya pembangunan berbagai sarana dan prasarana, seperti gedung perkantoran, rumah sakit, maupun hunian. Pembangunan infrastruktur tersebut memiliki peran strategis sebagai penopang pertumbuhan ekonomi sekaligus pendorong kemajuan bangsa. Persaingan dalam industri jasa konstruksi semakin meningkat, sehingga penyedia jasa dituntut untuk menyelesaikan proyek secara tepat waktu dengan biaya yang efisien. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya proyek konstruksi sering menghadapi berbagai kendala yang berpotensi meningkatkan biaya dan memperpanjang durasi pekerjaan. Building Information Modeling (BIM) merupakan inovasi teknologi digital yang memberikan efisiensi signifikan dalam perencanaan proyek. Dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional, penerapan BIM terbukti mampu mempercepat proses perencanaan hingga 50% melalui simulasi virtual dan integrasi lintas disiplin, sehingga revisi desain lebih cepat serta koordinasi antar tim menjadi lebih efektif. Dalam praktiknya, salah satu faktor yang sangat memengaruhi durasi dan biaya pelaksanaan proyek struktur beton bertulang adalah sistem bekisting formwork yang digunakan. Oleh karena itu, Berdasarkan hasil analisis, metode bekisting konvensional memerlukan durasi pelaksanaan selama 122 hari kerja, sedangkan metode bekisting aluminium memerlukan 104 hari kerja, sehingga terjadi pengurangan durasi sebesar 18 hari kerja atau sekitar Dari aspek biaya, total Rencana Anggaran Pelaksanaan (RAP) menggunakan metode bekisting konvensional sebesar Rp35.915.363.909,75 sedangkan metode bekisting aluminium sebesar Rp44.661.559.531,21 Dengan demikian, metode bekisting aluminium produktifitas lebih unggul dari segi waktu pelaksanaan, sedangkan metode bekisting konvensional lebih ekonomis dari segi biaya berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini.

This infrastructure development plays a strategic role in supporting economic growth and driving national progress. The growing competition in construction services demands that contractors complete projects on time with cost efficiency. However, in practice, construction projects often face various challenges that can potentially increase costs and extend project duration. Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a digital innovation that provides significant efficiency in project planning. Compared to conventional methods, the application of BIM has been proven to accelerate the planning process by up to 50% through virtual simulation and interdisciplinary integration, enabling faster design revisions and more effective team coordination. In practice, one of the critical factors influencing the duration and cost of reinforced concrete projects is the formwork system Based on the analysis, the conventional formwork method required a total construction duration of 122 working days, whereas the aluminum formwork method required 104 working days, resulting in a reduction of 18 working days. In terms of cost, the total Project Budget Plan (RAP) using the conventional formwork method amounted to IDR 35.915.363.909,75 while the aluminum formwork method amounted to IDR 44.661.559.531,21. Therefore, the aluminum formwork method is Superior productivity in terms of construction time, whereas the conventional formwork method is more economical in terms of project cost based on the findings of this study.
