Abstract

Perusahaan Agrikultur (PA) merupakan perusahaan rintisan bidang sarana produksi pertanian yang memproduksi insektisida Triactive sebagai produk dengan volume produksi tertinggi yaitu 459.215 unit pada tahun 2025 yang sekaligus menjadi penyumbang reject terbesar, dengan lima jenis cacat dominan dimana cacat poorly sealed dan misaligned cap berkontribusi sekitar 85% terhadap total 6.525 unit reject, terutama pada stasiun kerja capping and sealing. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi belum stabil dan berpotensi menurunkan kepercayaan konsumen serta daya saing perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Six Sigma dengan kerangka DMAIC yang diintegrasikan dengan Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) pada tahap analyze serta Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) berbasis pembobotan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) pada tahap improve. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata DPMO sebesar 3.955 dengan sigma level 4,3612, serta teridentifikasi 12 failure mode prioritas dengan RPN tertinggi pada komponen mesin aus dengan nilai RPN sebesar 504. Melalui analisis MOORA, alternatif standardisasi parameter mesin dan penguatan SOP changeover menjadi prioritas utama perbaikan dengan nilai Qi = 0,2133 yang diikuti dengan pelatihan operator, kalibrasi alat ukur, penguatan incoming quality control, dan preventive maintenance mesin, yang seluruhnya telah dikategorikan menjadi perbaikan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang sesuai kompleksitas implementasinya.

Agriculture Company (PA) is a startup company in the agricultural production sector that produces the insecticide Triactive, which has the highest production volume of 459,215 units in 2025. It also has the highest reject rate, with five dominant types of defects where poorly sealed and misaligned caps contribute approximately 85% to the total 6,525 reject units, especially at the capping and sealing workstations. This condition indicates that the production process is not yet stable and has the potential to reduce consumer trust and the company's competitiveness. This research uses the Six Sigma approach with the DMAIC framework, integrated with Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) at the analyze stage and Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) weighting at the improve stage. The research results show an average DPMO of 3,955 with a sigma level of 4.3612, and 12 priority failure modes were identified with the highest RPN on the worn machine component with an RPN value of 504. Through the MOORA analysis, the alternatives of standardizing machine parameters and strengthening the changeover SOP became the main priorities for improvement with a Qi value of 0.2133, followed by operator training, calibration of measuring instruments, strengthening incoming quality control, and machine preventive maintenance, all of which have been categorized into short-term and long-term improvements according to their implementation complexity.
