Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) mendorong perguruan tinggi untuk menerapkan tata kelola teknologi yang mampu mendukung proses bisnis secara efektif dan terintegrasi. Penelitian ini menganalisis tingkat kedewasaan integrasi aplikasi dan teknologi dalam mendukung proses bisnis di Direktorat Pengembangan Teknologi dan Sistem Informasi (DPTSI) Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) menggunakan Framework COBIT 2019. Penelitian berfokus pada Alignment Goal (AG08) Enabling and Supporting Business Processes by Integrating Applications and Technology dengan domain APO02 (Managed Strategy), APO03 (Managed Enterprise Architecture), BAI05 (Managed Organizational Change), dan DSS06 (Managed Business Process Controls). Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Process Assessment Model (PAM) COBIT 2019 untuk mengukur tingkat kedewasaan dan mengidentifikasi kesenjangan terhadap target Level 3 (Defined Process) yang ditetapkan oleh DPTSI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa domain APO02 dan BAI05 telah mencapai Level 3 (Defined Process), sedangkan APO03 dan DSS06 berada pada Level 2 (Managed). Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran dan analisis kesenjangan, disusun rekomendasi perbaikan yang dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam pengembangan pengelolaan integrasi aplikasi dan teknologi untuk mendukung proses bisnis di DPTSI.

The development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has encouraged higher education institutions to implement technology governance that is capable of supporting business processes effectively and in an integrated manner. This study analyzes the maturity level of application and technology integration in supporting business processes at the Directorate of Information Technology and Systems Development (DPTSI), Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), using the COBIT 2019 Framework. The study focuses on Alignment Goal (AG08), Enabling and Supporting Business Processes by Integrating Applications and Technology, encompassing the APO02 (Managed Strategy), APO03 (Managed Enterprise Architecture), BAI05 (Managed Organizational Change), and DSS06 (Managed Business Process Controls) domains. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using the COBIT 2019 Process Assessment Model (PAM) to assess maturity levels and identify gaps against the Level 3 (Defined Process) target established by DPTSI. The results indicate that the APO02 and BAI05 domains have achieved Level 3 (Defined Process), while the APO03 and DSS06 domains remain at Level 2 (Managed). Based on the maturity assessment and gap analysis, improvement recommendations were formulated to serve as considerations for the further development of application and technology integration management in supporting business processes at DPTSI.
