Abstract
Kebakaran akibat korsleting listrik di lingkungan industri masih menjadi risiko tinggi yang memerlukan kesiapsiagaan dari pekerja pabrik. Rendahnya kesiapsiagaan pekerja pabrik dan keterbatasan media pelatihan yang mampu mensimulasikan kondisi bahaya secara nyata tanpa risiko fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem pelatihan K3 Kebakaran di pabrik dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi Mixed Reality (MR) dan Haptic Feedback. Penggunaan teknologi MR memungkinkan penggabungan lingkungan fisik dengan simulasi api digital yang imersif, sementara teknologi Haptic Feedback memberikan umpan balik taktil berupa sensasi fisik saat pengguna mengoperasikannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Human-Computer Interaction dan Multisensory Experience Design. Metode yang digunakan meliputi studi literatur, studi kompetitor, wawancara pengguna, perumusan objective tree, serta pengembangan prototipe desain. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan K3 kebakaran, meminimalkan biaya operasional pelatihan, dan memberikan pengalaman praktis yang aman bagi pekerja pabrik dalam menghadapi situasi darurat kebakaran akibat konsleting listrik di pabrik.

Electrical short-circuit fires in industrial environments remain a high-risk hazard that requires strong preparedness from factory workers. Limited worker readiness and the lack of training media capable of realistically simulating hazardous conditions without physical risk present significant challenges in fire safety implementation. This research aims to design an industrial fire safety (OHS) training system by integrating Mixed Reality (MR) and HapticFeedback technologies. MR enables the integration of the physical environment with immersive digital fire simulations, while Haptic Feedback provides tactile sensations to enhance user interaction with the system. The research applies Human-Computer Interaction and Multisensory Experience Design approaches, including literature review, competitor analysis, user interviews, objective tree formulation, and prototype development. The proposed system is expected to improve the effectiveness of fire safety training, reduce operational training costs, and provide a safe yet practical experience for factory workers in responding to electrical short-circuit fire emergencies.
