Abstract
=========================================================================================================================================
The Widoro Irrigation Area, which has a total area of 2,946 hectares divided into two regions, namely the Trenggalek region with 1,411 hectares and the Tulungagung region with 1,535 hectares, often experiences drought during the dry season, which can reduce the harvest productivity in the irrigation area. The recorded planting intensity achieved by this irrigation area in the 2023/2024 planting season was 200% for the Trenggalek region and 230.88% for the Tulungagung region. Therefore, in the 2024/2025 planting season, there will be a change in the Global Planting Plan (RPTG), which initially included a combination of rice and secondary crops, now consisting solely of secondary crops. The analysis method used includes the availability flow rate from the right intake of the Munjungan Weir, followed by the analysis of the demand flow rate for planting patterns, evapotranspiration, and effective rainfall for crops. The determination of the optimal planting pattern is carried out by increasing the availability of discharge using the runoff discharge from the Munjungan Weir, shifting the planting season, and reducing the area of planted land so that the required discharge can meet the available discharge. After that, the search for the planting intensity value is continued by applying the add-in solver and calculating the profit using the Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) method. From the analysis that has been conducted, the highest availability debit was obtained at 3,316 liters/ha and the lowest at 699 liters/second. The analysis of the demand debit showed an average debit of 1,392.35 liters/second in the existing planting pattern in the Widoro Irrigation Area, while for the optimal planting pattern in November period II, the average demand debit was 536.52 liters/second. In the optimal planting pattern, the area of planted land in the Widoro Irrigation Area was 2,946 ha during the rainy season, 1,891 ha during the first dry season, and 576 ha during the second dry season, with a planting intensity of 183.74%. By shifting the start of the planting season and reducing the area of planted land, an increase in planting intensity of 7.38% was achieved compared to the existing planting pattern. The profit obtained from this optimal planting pattern is Rp. 84,361,605,000 with a Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) of 1.65.
