Abstract
Pembangunan rumah pompa Gebangsari bertujuan mengalirkan debit air dari saluran Kaligawe ke saluran Tenggang saat intensitas hujan tinggi, dengan kapasitas 2.000 LPS per pompa. Kapasitas ini diharapkan mampu mereduksi banjir di kawasan Kaligawe. Namun, efektivitas pompa dalam mengatasi banjir di kawasan tersebut masih perlu dikaji lebih lanjut.
Metode yang digunakan dalam perencanaan alternatif pengendalian banjir meliputi pengoperasian pintu air dan perencanaan kolam retensi tanpa menambah kapasitas pompa eksisting. Tugas akhir ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pola operasi dan kapasitas Pompa Gebangsari dalam sistem pengendalian banjir kawasan Kaligawe melalui analisis hidrologi dan hidrolika serta simulasi menggunakan software HEC-RAS. Hasil analisis flood routing menunjukkan bahwa Rumah Pompa Gebangsari eksisting belum efektif mereduksi genangan banjir di kawasan Kaligawe, dengan volume inflow sebesar 832,062.03 m³ yang belum dapat diimbangi oleh volume outflow pompa sebesar 302,400.00 m³, sehingga genangan eksisting masih mencapai luas 66.298 Ha. Sebagai alternatif pengendalian banjir, direncanakan penambahan kolam retensi untuk menampung debit dari DTA Gebangsari seluas 133,21 Ha sebelum dialirkan ke saluran Kaligawe. Berdasarkan perhitungan manual dengan metode Routing Plan, kolam retensi tersebut mampu mereduksi volume genangan dari 832.062,03 m³ menjadi 439,598.67 m³, setara reduksi sebesar 33,20%. Hasil simulasi turut menunjukkan penurunan luas genangan dari 66,298 Ha menjadi 22,087 Ha, setara reduksi sebesar 33,1%, sehingga kolam retensi terbukti mampu meningkatkan kinerja sistem pengendalian banjir Rumah Pompa Gebangsari meskipun belum mereduksi genangan secara keseluruhan.

The Gebangsari pump house was built to convey water discharge from the Kaligawe channel to the Tenggang channel during high rainfall intensity, with a capacity of 2,000 LPS per pump. This capacity was expected to reduce flooding in the Kaligawe area. However, the effectiveness of the pump in mitigating floods in the area still required further investigation. The methods used in planning the flood control alternative included sluice gate operation and the design of a retention pond without increasing the existing pump capacity. This final project aimed to evaluate the operating pattern and capacity of the Gebangsari pump in the Kaligawe flood control system through hydrological and hydraulic analysis, as well as simulation using HEC-RAS software. Flood routing analysis shows that the existing Gebangsari Pump House has not been effective in reducing flood inundation in the Kaligawe area, with an inflow volume of 832,062.03 m³ that could not be matched by a pump outflow volume of 302,400.00 m³, resulting in an existing inundation area of 66,298 Ha. As a flood control alternative, a retention pond is planned to accommodate discharge from the Gebangsari catchment area 133.21 Ha, before it is channeled into the Kaligawe canal. Based on manual calculations using the Routing Plan method, the retention pond is able to reduce the inundation volume from 832,062.03 m³ to 439,598.67 m³, equivalent to a reduction of 33.20%. Simulation results further show a decrease in inundation area from 66,298 Ha to 22,087 Ha, equivalent to a reduction of 33.1%, indicating that the retention pond improves the performance of the Gebangsari Pump House's flood control system, although the inundation has not been fully reduced.
