Abstract
Tingginya angka kecelakaan armada truk yang didominasi oleh faktor manusia mendorong PT XYZ untuk menerapkan teknologi Safety Driving Monitoring System (SDMS) berbasis GPS guna memantau perilaku pengemudi dan menekan risiko operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kelengkapan dan reliabilitas SDMS, umpan balik dan coaching, serta integrasi manajerial terhadap intensitas penggunaan SDMS. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menguji dampak intensitas penggunaan sistem tersebut terhadap kinerja keselamatan pengemudi dan kinerja operasi armada, serta mengevaluasi peran kinerja keselamatan sebagai variabel mediasi. Hasil pengujian statistik membuktikan bahwa kelengkapan dan reliabilitas SDMS, pemberian umpan balik dan coaching, serta integrasi manajerial ke dalam prosedur perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap intensitas penggunaan SDMS di lapangan. Intensitas penggunaan SDMS terbukti secara positif dan signifikan mampu meningkatkan kinerja keselamatan pengemudi, sekaligus memberikan dampak langsung yang positif terhadap kinerja operasi. Lebih lanjut, kinerja keselamatan pengemudi juga terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja operasi, menegaskan perannya dalam memediasi dan memperkuat manfaat implementasi teknologi terhadap efisiensi kelancaran logistik. Kesimpulannya, sistem pemantauan yang andal baru akan memberikan hasil maksimal jika diimbangi dengan pendekatan pembinaan yang interaktif dari atasan dan integrasi kebijakan yang tegas. Pemanfaatan data secara intensif tidak hanya berhasil mendisiplinkan perilaku berkendara menjadi lebih aman, tetapi pada akhirnya turut meningkatkan produktivitas operasi, ketepatan waktu distribusi, dan efisiensi armada perusahaan.

The high rate of truck fleet accidents dominated by human factors prompted PT XYZ to implement GPS-based Safety Driving Monitoring System (SDMS) technology to monitor driver behavior and reduce operational risks. This study aims to analyze the effect of SDMS completeness and reliability, feedback and coaching, and managerial integration on the intensity of SDMS usage. Furthermore, this study examines the impact of the system's usage intensity on driver safety performance and fleet operational performance, as well as evaluates the role of safety performance as a mediating variable. Statistical testing results prove that SDMS completeness and reliability, the provision of feedback and coaching, and managerial integration into company procedures have a positive and significant effect on the intensity of SDMS usage in the field. The intensity of SDMS usage is proven to positively and significantly improve driver safety performance, while simultaneously providing a positive direct impact on operational performance. Furthermore, driver safety performance is also proven to have a significant positive effect on operational performance, confirming its role in mediating and strengthening the benefits of technology implementation on the efficiency of logistics operations. In conclusion, a reliable monitoring system will only yield maximum results if balanced with an interactive coaching approach from superiors and strict policy integration. The intensive utilization of data not only succeeds in disciplining driving behavior to be safer, but ultimately also increases operational productivity, distribution punctuality, and company fleet efficiency
