Abstract

Kemacetan di Bandung Raya dan tingginya penggunaan kendaraan pribadi merupakan permasalahan yang membutuhkan penanganan. Metro Jabar Trans hadir sebagai solusi transportasi umum di Bandung Raya. Stage Model of Self-Regulated Behavioral Change (SSBC) merupakan kerangka model dinamis yang menjelaskan bahwa perubahan perilaku merupakan sebuah transisi yang melalui empat tahap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses transisi pilihan mobilitas menggunakan Metro Jabar berdasarkan teori SSBC. Digunakan beberapa teknik analisis, yaitu: distribusi frekuensi untuk mengklasifikasikan kelompok tahapan, uji Welch’s ANOVA dan Welch’s t-test untuk membandingkan perbedaan tingkat intention pada setiap tahap, dan pemodelan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel dengan intention. Sampel sebanyak 247 responden didapat melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil distribusi frekuensi didapatkan bahwa mayoritas responden berada pada tahap Postactional dan Actional. Uji Welch’s membuktikan bahwa ketiga intentions meningkat signifikan pada setiap tahapan transisi. Hasil evaluasi PLS-SEM menunjukkan bahwa transisi sangat dipengaruhi oleh Kelayakan Tujuan, Kontrol Atas Alternatif Perilaku, dan Efikasi Diri Pemeliharaan. Sikap Terhadap Alternatif Perilaku, Perencanaan Penanganan, dan Efikasi Diri Pemulihan terbukti tidak signifikan. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat lima tahapan proses transisi ke Metro Jabar Trans. Proses transisi dipengaruhi secara kuat oleh persepsi akan kemudahan mengakses serta pengimplementasian rencana spesifik yang dirancang. Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat perlu memperluas promosi serta informasi terkait kelayakan dan kemudahan menggunakan Metro Jabar Trans untuk memberikan persepsi yang baik bagi masyarakat.

Traffic congestion in Greater Bandung and the high use of private vehicles are problems that require attention. Metro Jabar Trans is present as a public transportation solution in Greater Bandung. The Stage Model of Self-Regulated Behavioral Change (SSBC) is a dynamic model framework that explains that behavioral change is a transition that goes through four stages. This research aims to analyze the transition process of mobility choices using Metro Jabar based on the SSBC theory. Several analysis techniques were used, namely: frequency distribution to classify stage groups, Welch’s ANOVA and Welch’s t-test to compare differences in intention levels at each stage, and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze the relationship between variables and intention. A sample of 247 respondents was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The frequency distribution results showed that the majority of respondents are in the Postactional and Actional stages. Welch’s test proves all three intentions increase significantly at each ition. The PLS-SEM evaluation results show that the transition is strongly influenced by Goal Feasibility, Control Over Behavioral Alternatives, and Maintenance Self-Efficacy. Attitude Towards Behavioral Alternatives, Coping Planning, and Recovery Self-Efficacy proved to be insignificant. It is concluded that there are five stages of the transition process to Metro Jabar Trans. The transition process is strongly influenced by the perception of ease of access as well as the implementation of the designed specific plans. The West Java Provincial Government needs to expand promotion and information regarding the feasibility and ease of using Metro Jabar Trans to provide a good perception for the public.
