Abstract
Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) membutuhkan kendaraan taktis ringan yang mampu mendukung mobilitas personel, barang bawaan, dan kelengkapan operasi pada wilayah dengan akses terbatas. Kondisi geografis indonesia berupa kepulauan, hutan tropis, pegunungan, jalur berlumpur, serta infrastruktur jalan yang belum merata menyebabkan kendaraan eksisting belum selalu dapat menjaungkau area operasi secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan konsep desain kendaraan taktis ringan elektrik untuk mendukung operasi militer dan fungsi perbantuan penanggulanan bencana. proses perancangan dilakukan melalui studi literatur, benchmarking kendaraan sejenis, analisis aktivitas dan kebutuhan pengguna, penyusunan Design Requirements and Objectives, pengembangan alternatif, serta pemilihan konsep desain. Hasil perancangan berupa konsep kendaraan berkapasitas delapan personel dengan platform elektrik, konfigurasi, ruang modular, serta kabin belakang yang dapat diubah untuk mode personel, logistik, dan evakuasi menggunakan tandu, tata letak kendaraan di rancangan untuk meningkatkan akses terhadap perlengkapan, mendukung pengangkutan barang bawaan, dan menyesuaikan kebutuhan misi. Dalam konteks Operasi Militer Selain Perang, kendaraan dapat digunakan untuk mobilisasi personel, distribusi logistik ringan, pengangkutan perlengkapan SAR, dan evakuasi awal. Konsep akhir menerapkan prinsip Light, Agile, Adaptive sebagai alternatif pengembangan kendaraan taktis ringan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional TNI dan karakteristik medan Indonesia.

The Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) require a light tactical vehicle capable of supporting the mobility of personnel, carried equipment, and operational supplies in areas with limited access. Indonesia’s geographical conditions, including archipelagic regions, tropical forests, mountainous terrain, muddy routes, and unevenly distributed road infrastructure, mean that existing vehicles are not always able to reach operational areas effectively. This study aims to develop an electric light tactical vehicle design concept to support military operations and disaster response assistance. The design process was conducted through literature review, benchmarking of comparable vehicles, analysis of user activities and requirements, formulation of the Design Requirements and Objectives, development of design alternatives, and selection of the final concept. The resulting concept is an electric vehicle with a capacity of eight personnel, a modular interior configuration, and a rear cabin that can be adapted for personnel transport, logistics, and stretcher-based evacuation. The vehicle layout is designed to improve equipment accessibility, accommodate operational loads, and adapt to different mission requirements. Within the context of Military Operations Other Than War, the vehicle can support personnel mobility, light logistics distribution, transportation of search-and-rescue equipment, and initial evacuation. The final concept applies the principles of Light, Agile, and Adaptive as an alternative light tactical vehicle development suitable for TNI operational requirements and the characteristics of Indonesian terrain.
