Abstract

Meningkatnya kebutuhan energi listrik dan dorongan penggunaan energi terbarukan menjadikan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) sebagai salah satu solusi penyediaan energi berkelanjutan. Pada kegiatan magang ini dilakukan perencanaan desain dan implementasi sistem PLTS Hybrid berkapasitas 16,12 kWp tipe residential di Grand Pakuwon, Surabaya. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah menyusun Detailed Engineering Design (DED), mengetahui proses instalasi dan integrasi sistem dengan jaringan PLN serta sistem penyimpanan energi, dan menganalisis kinerja sistem setelah implementasi. Sistem dirancang menggunakan 26 modul panel surya bifacial Longi 620 Wp, inverter hybrid tiga fasa, serta baterai penyimpanan energi yang terintegrasi untuk mendukung kontinuitas suplai listrik. Evaluasi kinerja dilakukan melalui uji commissioning yang meliputi pengukuran sisi DC panel surya, radiasi matahari, sisi DC baterai, dan output AC inverter. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh parameter operasional memenuhi kriteria yang ditetapkan, di mana sistem mampu menghasilkan keluaran tegangan dan arus yang stabil serta mendukung proses distribusi energi secara optimal. Secara keseluruhan, sistem PLTS hybrid berhasil dirancang, diinstal, dan dioperasikan sesuai spesifikasi sehingga dapat menjadi solusi pemanfaatan energi surya yang efektif pada sektor residensial.

The rising demand for electrical energy and the push for renewable energy adoption have positioned Solar Power Plants (PLTS) as a sustainable energy solution. This internship involved the design planning and implementation of a 16.12 kWp residential hybrid solar power system in Grand Pakuwon, Surabaya. The objectives were to develop a Detailed Engineering Design (DED), understand the installation and integration processes—including grid connection with PLN and energy storage integration—and analyze system performance post-implementation. The system utilizes twenty-six 620 Wp bifacial Longi solar modules, a three-phase hybrid inverter, and an integrated energy storage battery to ensure a continuous power supply. Performance evaluation was conducted through commissioning tests, covering measurements of the solar panel DC side, solar irradiance, battery DC side, and inverter AC output. Test results indicate that all operational parameters met the established criteria; the system delivers stable voltage and current outputs and supports optimal energy distribution. Overall, the hybrid solar power system was successfully designed, installed, and operated according to specifications, demonstrating its viability as an effective solar energy solution for the residential sector.
