Abstract

Airsoft gun merupakan replika senjata api yang tidak menggunakan peluru asli sebagai proyektilnya namun menggunakan ball bullet plastik yang umumnya berdiameter 6mm, penggunaan Airsoft gun biasanya digunakan untuk latihan simulasi kemiliteran atau pelatihan tanpa resiko fatal, namun meski menggunakan ball bullet plastic dan FPS (Feet per Second) relatif rendah jika dibandingkan dengan senapan api namun dampak yang ditimbulkan tetap mampu menyebabkan cidera hingga memar jika tidak memakai safety yang tepat, penggunaan dan kepemilikan Airsoft gun diatur dalam “Peraturan Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 1 Tahun 2022”. Namun dalam beberapa kasus penggunaan airsoft gun sering disalah gunakan untuk tindak kriminal, ada pula unit tersebut digunakan oleh anak dibawah umur tanpa pengawasan, namun dalam kasus anak dibawah umur jarang terjadi dalam negeri, namun pada negara yang legal dalam penggunaan senapan api, sehingga terdapat beberapa kasus anak tak sengaja tertembak oleh oknum polisi dikarenakan salah mengira unit tersebut adalah senapan asli. Pada proyek ini akan menggunakan sensor fingerprint sebagai security system, penggunaan sidik jari dipilih karena sudah dikenal memiliki keakuratan dalam sistem keamanan dikarenakan setiap individu memiliki ciri khas motif sidik jari berbeda. Terdapat motif unik disetiap sidik jari yang disebut minutiae, minutiae memiliki beberapa pola diantaranya ridge ending, bifurcation, lake, dot, pola tersebut menjadi acuan untuk proses matching, penggunaan metode ORB (Oriented FAST Rotated BRIEF) dan dikombinasikan BF Matcher (Brute Force Matcher) dinilai lebih ringan namun baik dalam keakuratan pencocokkan sidik jari. Metode ORB (Oriented FAST Rotated BRIEF) yang dikombinasikan dengan Brute Force Matcher menggunakan Hamming Distance berhasil diterapkan untuk verifikasi sidik jari pada sistem keamanan airsoft gun. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai FRR sebesar 20% pada kondisi normal, 45% berdebu, 60% basah, dan 80% berminyak, sedangkan nilai FAR sebesar 5%, 15%, 0%, dan 0%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan sistem memiliki keamanan baik, namun performa verifikasi dipengaruhi kualitas citra sidik jari.

Airsoft gun is a replica of a firearm that does not use real bullets as projectiles but uses plastic ball bullets which are generally 6mm in diameter, the use of Airsoft guns is usually used for military simulation exercises or training without fatal risks, but even though it uses plastic ball bullets and FPS (Feet per Second) is relatively low when compared to firearms, the impact can still cause injuries to bruises if not using proper safety, the use and ownership of Airsoft guns are regulated in the "Republic of Indonesia National Police Regulation Number 1 of 2022". However, in some cases the use of airsoft guns is often misused for criminal acts, there are also units used by minors without supervision, but in cases of minors it rarely occurs domestically, but in countries where the use of firearms is legal, so there are several cases of children accidentally shot by police officers because they mistakenly think the unit is a real rifle. In this project, a fingerprint sensor will be used as a security system, the use of fingerprints was chosen because it is known to have accuracy in the security system because each individual has a different fingerprint motif. There is a unique motif in each fingerprint called minutiae, minutiae has several patterns including ridge ending, bifurcation, lake, dot, these patterns are a reference for the matching process, the use of the ORB (Oriented FAST Rotated BRIEF) method and combined with BF Matcher (Brute Force Matcher) is considered lighter but good in the accuracy of fingerprint matching. The ORB (Oriented FAST Rotated BRIEF) method combined with Brute Force Matcher using Hamming Distance was successfully applied for fingerprint verification on an airsoft gun security system. The test results showed an FRR value of 20% under normal conditions, 45% dusty, 60% wet, and 80% oily, while the FAR values were 5%, 15%, 0%, and 0%. These results indicate that the system has good security, but the verification performance is affected by the quality of the fingerprint image.
