Abstract
Manajemen rantai pasok bukan lagi dianggap sebagai hal baru bagi perusahaan, tetapi sudah merupakan suatu metode yang diterapkan dalam bisnis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses logistik. Dalam penerapan manajemen rantai pasok, tidak menutup kemungkinan adanya risiko-risiko yang dapat memengaruhi alur rantai pasok sehingga tidak dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Dengan demikian, manajemen risiko rantai pasok (Supply Chain Risk Management) diperlukan untuk meminimalkan risiko atau kegagalan yang dapat terjadi dalam alur rantai pasok (supply chain). Bahan baku merupakan salah satu faktor yang paling penting dalam proses produksi. Proses produksi tidak dapat berjalan dengan lancar jika kebutuhan bahan baku tidak terpenuhi dengan baik. Tidak terpenuhinya kebutuhan bahan baku salah satunya disebabkan oleh kegagalan inbound supply, antara lain keterlambatan pemasok dalam mengirimkan barang, ketidaktepatan jumlah bahan baku yang dikirimkan, kesalahan spesifikasi bahan baku yang dikirimkan, serta kualitas bahan baku yang kurang atau tidak baik. Kondisi tersebut tentunya dapat menimbulkan kerugian bagi perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode analisis FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) dengan spreadsheet sebagai alat bantu untuk melakukan analisis terhadap risiko-risiko rantai pasok, khususnya risiko dalam inbound supply. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan FMEA, diberikan masukan dan rekomendasi untuk mengurangi, mencegah, dan menghindari risiko-risiko yang dapat terjadi dalam proses inbound supply di PTEI.

Supply chain management is no longer considered a new concept for companies but has become a method widely applied in business to improve efficiency in logistics processes. In implementing supply chain management, various risks may affect the flow of the supply chain and prevent it from operating smoothly. Therefore, Supply Chain Risk Management is required to minimize risks or failures that may occur throughout the supply chain. Raw materials are one of the most important factors in the production process. Production cannot operate smoothly if the required raw materials are not properly fulfilled. One of the causes of raw material supply failure is inbound supply failure, which may include delays in supplier deliveries, incorrect quantities of materials delivered, incorrect material specifications, and poor or inadequate material quality. These conditions can result in significant losses for the company. This research uses the FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) method with a spreadsheet as a supporting tool to analyze supply chain risks, particularly risks associated with inbound supply. Based on the results of the FMEA analysis, suggestions and recommendations are provided to reduce, prevent, and avoid risks that may occur in the inbound supply process at PTEI.
