Abstract

Pada tahun 2013 telah berhasil diisolasi mikroorganisme
tanah pada lahan budidaya tanaman cabai rawit asal Desa
Condro, Lumajang Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengkaji pengaruh inokulan bakteri penambat nitrogen, bakteri
pelarut fosfat dan mikoriza asal Desa Condro, Lumajang, Jawa
Timur terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman cabai rawit.
Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 faktor perlakuan, yaitu
komposisi inokulan dan varietas tanaman cabai rawit. Parameter
yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah
daun, panjang akar dan berat kering tanaman. Analisa data
menggunakan uji ANOVA dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey taraf
kepercayaan 95%.
Hasil uji ANOVA menunjukkan bahwa inokulan bakteri
penambat nitrogen, bakteri pelarut fosfat dan mikoriza
berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap rata – rata pertumbuhan
tanaman. Pemberian inokulan bakteri penambat nitrogen dan
bakteri pelarut fosfat memberikan hasil rata – rata pertumbuhan
tanaman paling baik pada varietas Bara dengan tinggi tanaman
sebesar 9,0 cm, diameter batang sebesar 0,4 mm, jumlah daun
sebanyak 7 helai, panjang akar sebesar 8,2 cm, dan berat kering
tanaman sebesar 216,7 mg tanaman-1.

By the end year of 2013, some microorganisms of
cultivating land of pepper plant has been origin isolated from
Desa Condro, Lumajang, East Java. This research aims to assess
the influence of nitrogen fixing bacteria, phosphate solubilizing
bacteria and mycorrhizal inoculants origin from Desa Condro,
Lumajang, East Java to the pepper plant growth.
This research use two factors for the treatment, namely
inoculants composition and variety of pepper plant. The observed
growth parameters, including plant height, stem diameter, number
of leaves, root length and dry weight of plant. Data analysis using
ANOVA test, then continued to the Tukey test based on level
confidence of 95%.
ANOVA test results showed that the nitrogen fixing
bacteria, phosphate solubilizing bacteria and mycorrhizal
inoculants well significantly influence the plant growth. The
composition of nitrogen fixing and phosphate solubilizing
bacteria inoculants have shown the best means of plant growth
with the average of plant height was 9,0 cm, stem diameter was
0,4 mm, number of leaves were 7 strands, the length of root was
8,2 cm and dry weight of plant was 216,7 mg plant-1.
