Abstract

Adanya potensi pergerakan penduduk dari daerah pemukiman ke pusat-pusat aktifitas kota yang ada di wilayah Kecamatan Wonokromo, Kecamatan Gubeng, dan Kecamatan Bulak harus ditunjang oleh sarana dan prasarana transportasi yang memadai. Mobilitas tersebut dapat mempengaruhi sektor pendidikan, perdagangan, dan kegiatan-kegiatan lainnya. Penyediaan angkutan kota tersebut berkaitan dengan lokasi tujuan pergerakan sedangkan jumlahnya tergantung pada perkembangan penduduk yang bergerak. Permasalahan tersebut mendasari tugas akhir ini yang bertujuan menganalisa pergerakan penumpang pada saat Sekarang dalam bentuk Matriks Asal Tujuan (M.A.T). Sebagai dasar prediksi M.A.T tahun 2013 dengan menggunakan Metode Furness. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan survey baik survey asal tujuan penumpang yang dilakukan dengan mencatat naik Turun penumpang angkutan kota, maupun survey ocupancy yang dilaksanakan pada lokasi tertentu dengan mencatat jumlah kendaraan angkutan kota dan jumlah penumpang yang lewat perjam. Survey occupancy ini dilakukan mulai pukul 07.00 sampai dengan pukul 18.00. Hasil yang diperoleh dari M.A.T tahun 2008 kemudian digunakan untuk analisa pembebanan tiap ruas sebagai dasar perhitungan kebutuhan armada angkutan kota pada tahun 2013 dan menganalisa kinerja armada angkutan kota tersebut. Analisa perhitungan yang dilaksanakan untuk mendapatka hasil bahwa kebutuhan angkutan kota pada tahun 2013 dengan pengaturan load faktor 0,70 untuk Lyn S jurusan Joyoboyo-Bratang-Joyoboyo sebanyak 16 armada dengan headway rata-rata 756 detik. Sedangkan Lyn S jurusan Bratang Kenjeran-Bratang membutuhkan 40 armada dengan headway rata-rata 656 detik Untuk pengaturan load factor 2008 = 2013 jumlah armada yang dibutuhkan Lyn S jurusan Joyoboyo Bratang-Joyoboyo sebanyak 36 armada dengan headway rata rata 394 detik Sedangkan Lyn S jurusan Bratang-Kenjeran Bratangmembutuhkan 76 armada dengan headway rata-rata 365 detik Kinerja angkutan kota ini berdasarkan keadaan eksisting yang diproyeksikan untuk tahun 2013.

Existence of potency of resident movement from settlement area to centers of aktivities city which exist in region of Subdistrict Wonokromo, Subdistrict Gubeng, and Subdistrict Bulak have to be supported by medium and adequate prasarana transports. The mobility can influence the education sector, commerce, and other activity. The transports of the city go together the location of movement target while its amount depend on peripatetic resident growth. The problems constitute the this final duty which aim to analyse the passenger movement at the existing time in the form of Origin Destination Matrix. As base of prediction Origin Destination Matrix in 2013 by using Method Furness. For that require must be done destination of passenger survey. This survey is done by making a note the load and aligting passenger of city transports. The ocupancy survey is executed at certain location by noting amount vehicles of city transports and the passengers every hour. This Occupancy Survey is conducted start at 07.00 up to at 18.00. The result which obtainedfrom Origin Destination Matrix of 2008 will be used to analyse the encumbering of every internode as base of calculation of armada requirement of city transports in the plan year 2013 and also analyse the armada performance of[is transports of the city. Analyse the calculation which is conductedto get the result of requirement city transports in 2013 with the arrangement of load factor 0,70 for the Lyn of S of majors- Joyoboyo-Bratcmg-Joyoboyo are 16 armadas and average headway is 756 seconds. While Lyn S of majors Bratang Kenjeran-Bratang need 40 armadas and average headway is 656 seconds. For the arrangement of loadfactor 2008 = 2013 armada amount which required by Lyn S of majors Joyoboyo-Bratang Joyoboyo are 36 armadsa and average headway is 394 seconds. While Lyn S of majors Bratang-Kenjeran-Bratang are needed 76 armada and average headway is 365 seconds. Performance of city transportss base existing that projected for the year of 2013.
