Abstract
Tingkat keberhasilan suatu proyek konstruksi dapat diukur antara lain dengan keuntungan serta ketepatan waktu penyelesaian proyek. Keuntungan ini tergantung pada perencanaan awal yang detail dan cermat terhadap metode pelaksanaan, alat yang dipakai serta jadwal pengerjaan proyek bangunan tersebut. Untuk itu perlu pemilihan kombinasi gabungan peralatan untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan struktur pada pembangunan Pasar Atom Mall Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan kombinasi peralatan yang paling efisien dari segi metode pelaksanaan, waktu dan biaya. Kombinasi yang dipergunakan adalah peralatan 3 Tower Crane + Concrete Pump adalah kondisi existing; kombinasi I (3 Material Lift + Concrete Pump) dan kombinasi II (3 Tower Crane + 3 Material Lift + Concrete Pump). Hasil analisa dari ketiga kombinasi peralatan adalah untuk kondisi existing: 290 hari dengan biaya Rp. 3.003.485.850,00 dan untuk kombinasi I diperoleh waktu: 315 hari dengan biaya Rp. 1.267.625.100,00 sedangkan untuk kombinasi II diperoleh waktu: 218 hari dengan biaya: Rp. 3.153.324.600,00.

The successful of construction project can be measure by profitability and also accuracy of time completion. The profitability it depend on planning early which was detail and careful to execution method, appliance weared and also schedule workmanship of building project, is needed to select the combinations of equipment because of carry out the Aturn Mall Surabaya. The research aim compared the was efficient of equipment combinations, toward method, time and cost. The existing combination is used 3 Tower Crane equipments + Concrete Pump. The first combination is used 3 Material Lift + Concrete Pump, second combination is used 3 Tower Crane + 3 Material Lift + Concrete Pump. The result of third research from third equipments combination for existing considered: 290 day with cost Rp. 3.003.485.850,00, for first combination: 315 day with cost of Rp. 1.267.625.100,00 and for combination II: 218 day with cost: Rp. 3.153.324.600,00.
