Abstract

Modifikasi struktur apartement the Bellezza Albergo Tower yang teletak di Jakarta dengan beberapa balok pratekan ini, merupakan salah satu aplikasi mata kuliah struktur beton pratekan yang diberikan pada Jurusan Teknik Sipil di ITS. Beton pratekan merupakan salah satu teknologi struktur yang dikembangkan dewasa ini untuk keperluan pembangunan gedung bertingkat. Struktur apartement the Bellezza Albergo Tower yang sudah ada menggunakan struktur beton bertulang dengan Sistem Ganda.
Modifikasi yang dilakukan antara lain: jumlah lantai menjadi 13 lantai dengan lantai atap, dengan balok pratekan arah melintang pada lantai atap, menggunakan pemodelan pada wilayah gempa menengah sehingga menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah.
Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam modifikasi perencanaan apartement the Bellezza Albergo Tower ini meliputi: Pemodelan struktur, perencanaan struktur utama (balok pratekan) dan kontrol struktur. Dalam perhitungan mengacu pada SN1 :03-l726-2002 dan SNI: 03-2847-2002.

Modification building structure the Bellezza Albergo Tower apartement in Jakarta some with prestressed concrete is one of the application subject, prestressed concrete structure which given in Civil Engineering in ITS. Prestressed concrete is one of structure technologi which develops nowaday to build multistoried building. Building structure of apartement the Bellezza Albergo Tower applied with reinforced structure with double system.
Modification in this final projects are: to add structure stories to 13 stories with roof plate, to change cross main beam with prestressed concrete in roof plate, applied Middle Moment Resisting Frame Sistem and earthquake zone 3 model.
In this final project, I searched: structure model: desain of main structure (prestressed concrete), structure control and under structure with SNI: 03-1726-2002 and SNI 03-2847-2002
