Abstract

Apartemen Puncak Permai merupakan apartemen yang terdiri dan 19 lantai dan terletak di kawasan Surabaya Barat, Hll muhammad yang berada pada zona gempa 3. Gedung ini menggunakan beton konvesional pada struktur balok dan kolomnva. Pada Tugas Akhir ini akan dilakukan modifikasi dengan desain arsitektural yang istimewa untuk memaksimalkan fungsi ruangyaitu pada lantai 15 akan dibuat ruang pertemuan dan ruang seminar yang luas tanpa kolom. Dengan adanya tuntutan konstruksi tersebut muncullah teknologi beton pratekan yang dianggap lebih baik daripada aplikasi beton konvensional dengan perbandingan yang lebih hemat bahan dasar serta murah namun kualitas tetap terjaga guna faktor keamanan. Dalam perancangan strukturnya digunakan sistem struktur Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah ( SRPMM ) sesuai dengan peraturan SNI 03 - 2847 - 2002. Sebagai solusi dari adanya rucmgan yang luas tanpa kolom , maka digunakan struktur balok pratekan dengan sistem postension . Tulisan ini akan membahas secara lengkap perancangan struktur gedung Apartemen Puncak Permai lower C mulai dari elemen struktur sekunder maupun struktur utama sehingga akan dihasilkan perancangan yang berisi gambar dan spesifikasi struktur gedung tersebut sesuai dengan persyaratan yang telah disyaratkan oleh SNI 03 - 2847 - 2002.

Puncak Permai Apartment that consist of 19 floors and located in the region Pakuwon ; west surabaya , Surabaya and it is located in the Earthquake Zone 3 . In this final project ; modifications will be made with a special architectural design to maximize the space function that is on the rooftop floor to be meeting area that will be made without the column , while the other floors are used as a family room . Structure used in the design structure system Intermediate Moment Resisting Frame ( SRPMM ) in accordance with the regulations SNI 03 - 2847 - 2002 . As a solution of the large room without columns , it is using prestressed beam structure with a postension system . This paper will discuss the complete design of the structure of the Puncak Permai Apartement ranging from in primary and secondary structural elements that will be generated containing the design drawings and specifications of the building structure in accordance with the conditions required by SNI 03 - 2847 - 2002. In addition, this final project also contains about the method of execution in the field
