Abstract
Perusahaan manufaktur menempatkan persediaan sebagai jaminan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan dikarenakan persediaan material memiliki porsi terbesar dalam komponen pesediaan perusahaan. Material merupakan faktor utama dalam proses produksi dimana perusahaan tidak mungkin dapat dilaksanakan jika material tidak tersedia. Pengadaan material memegang peran penting dalam terselenggaranya proses bisnis di PT. Petrokimia Gresik (PKG). PT. Petrokimia Gresik sudah menerapkan SAP modul Materials Management (MM) untuk mengelola pengadaan material. Namun terdapat indikasi bahwa proses pengadaan material yang sesungguhnya dijalankan di perusahaan berbeda dengan proses pengadaan standard yang tertanam pada modul SAP MM. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi terhadap proses pengadaan material pasca penerapan SAP ERP.
Evaluasi akan dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pada langkah awal akan digunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui proses wawancara dan observasi dokumen pengadaan yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang bagaimana proses pengadaan material dilakukan setelah penerapan SAP dan ukuran kinerja untuk proses pengadaan. Selanjutnya ditentukan atribut data pada event log apa saja yang dibutuhkan pada penelitian dan dilanjutkan dengan ekstraksi event log. Setelah itu dilakukan ekstraksi event log. Event log kemudian akan diolah dengan tools perangkat lunak Disco.
Keluaran dari proses ini adalah model proses bisnis pengadaan yang sesungguhnya dijalankan dan terekam pada modul SAP MM. Langkah selanjutnya adalah melakukan evaluasi pada model proses pengadaan. Setelah itu melakukan validasi hasil evaluasi proses bisnins dengan mencocokkan hasil evaluasi kepada perusahaan untuk mendapatkan feedback dan koreksi. Tugas akhir ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran tentang sejauh mana penerapan modul MM dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menjalankan proses pengadaan material.

The manufacturing company locates inventory as collateral for the company's survival because the material supply has the largest portion of the reduced availability of components in companies. The material is a major faktor in the production process in which the company may not be implemented if the material is not available. Procurement of materials plays an important role in the implementation of business processes in PT. Petrokimia Gresik (PKG). PT. Petrokimia Gresik has implemented SAP modules Materials Management (MM) to manage the procurement of materials. However, there are indications that the material procurement process that actualy works in different companies with standard procurement processes embedded in SAP MM module. For that we need to evaluate the material procurement process after the implementation of SAP ERP.
The evaluation will be conducted with qualitative and quantitative approaches. In the first step would be to use a qualitative approach through interviews and observations of procurement documents held by the company to get an idea of how the material procurement process carried out after the implementation of SAP and performance measures for the procurement process. Furthermore, the data attribute specified in the event log of what is needed in research and continued with an event log extraction. After the extraction event log. Event logs will then be processed with software tools Disco The output of this process is the procurement business process model that actualy works and recorded on SAP MM module. The next step is to evaluate the procurement process model. After that validate the results of the evaluation process evlasuasi bisnins by matching the results to the company to get feedback and corrections. The final project is expected to give an idea of the extent to which the implementation of MM module can assist companies in carrying out the process of procurement of materials.
