Abstract
PT Petrokimia Gresik merupakanperusahaan milik pemerintah yang bergerak pada sektor pertanian sekaligus sebagai produsen pupuk terbesar dan terlengkap di Indonesia. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada proses distribusi pupuk PT Petrokimia adalah kekurangan pasokan pupuk dan keterlambatan pupuk yang diterima distributor.Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut,solusi yang diambil oleh PT Petrokimia adalah melakukan perencanaan jalannya distribusi pupuk agar dapat memenuhi permintaan konsumen
Untuk itu,dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan perencanaan optimasi distribusi pupuk untuk merencanakan jumlah pupuk yang harus didistribusikan sehingga dapat memenuhi permintaan konsumen. Dalam melakukan perencanaan distribusi pupuk ini perlu memperhatikan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi jalannya proses distribusi, yaitu batasan persediaan pupuk, permintaan,alokasi dan waktu distribusi. Data yang digunakan adalah data distribusi pupuk phonska mulai dari bulan Januari hingga bulan Desember 2015 untuk Provinsi Jawa Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam tugas akhir ini adalah metode Goal Programming. Metode Goal Programming merupakan metode yang mampumenyelesaikan permasalahan lebih dari satu sasaran yang hendak dicapai (multiobjective).Hal ini sesuai dengan kondisi permasalahan pada proses distribusi pupuk PT Petrokimia Gresik yaitu permasalahan kekurangan pasokan dan keterlambatan pupuk yang diterima oleh distributor.
Luaran dari tugas akhir ini adalah jumlah pupuk yang harus didistribusikan oleh PT Petrokimia dari Gudang Gresik ke Gudang Penyangga. Perencanaan optimasi distribusi mempertimbangkan waktu distribusi pupuk dan selisih jumlah permintaan agar dapat meminimalkan waktu distribusi dan meminimalkan selisih antara jumlah permintaan dan jumlah alokasi. Hasil perencanaan optimasi distribusi tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu proses pengambilan keputusan perusahaan yang lebih efektif dan efisien untuk menetapkan jumlah pupuk yang harus didistribusikan dari Gudang Gresik ke Gudang Penyangga agar dapat memenuhi permintaan konsumen.
Dari hasil optimasi diperoleh jumlah alokasi pupuk yang optimal dari Gudang Gresik ke Gudang Penyanggauntuk setiap bulan. Dengan percepatan waktu yang ditempuh sebesar 2%.

Therefore, in this final project planning optimization of fertilizer distribution to plan the amount of fertilizer to be distributed so as to meet consumer demand. In doing this fertilizer distribution planning needs to consider several factors that influence the course of the distribution process, which limits the fertilizer supply, demand, allocation and distribution time. The data used is data Phonska fertilizer distribution from January to December 2015 to the East Java province. The method used in this thesis is the method of Goal Programming. Goal Programming method is a method capable of solving the problems of more than one target to be achieved (multiobjective) .This accordance with the conditions of the problems in the distribution of fertilizers PT Petrokima Gresikthe problems of shortage of supply and the delay of fertilizer received by the distributor.
Outcomes of this thesis is the amount of fertilizer to be distributed by PT Petrokimia Gresik to Warehouse Warehouse Buffer. Planning optimization of the distribution of fertilizer distribution and consider the time difference in the number of requests in order to minimize the time distribution and minimize the difference between the number of requests and the number of allocations. The results of the optimization plan is expected to help the distribution of corporate decision-making process more effective and efficient to determine the amount of fertilizer to be distributed from the Warehouse Gresik to warehouse Penyangga in order to meet consumer demand.
Optimization of the results obtained by the amount of fertilizer optimal allocation of Warehouse Gresik to Warehouse Penyangga on every month. In the process of allocation of fertilizer distribution acceleration travel time by 2%.
