Abstract
Sarana transportasi merupakan sarana yang sangat penting. Bertambahnya jumlah kendaraan bermotor menyebabkan meningkatnya jumlah arus lalu lintas dan meningkatkan kemacetan utama lalu lintas. Pasuruan merupakan salah satu kota di jawa timur yang mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat di bidang industri dan pariwisata. Hal ini menjadikan Pasuruan mengalami pertumbuhan ekonomi yang cukup pesat pula. Tingginya pertumbuhan ekonomi di Pasuruan tentu di sertai tingginya intensitas kegiatan dan pergerakan manusia beserta barang. Dengan bertambahnya pergerakan akan muncul masalah dalam bidang transportasi. Untuk memperlancar transportasi dan memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi di Pasuruan pemerintah membangun jalan tol Gempol-Pasuruan sepanjang 34,15 Km.
Trip distribution (sebaran pergerakan) dari suatu kendaraan serta Trip Assignment (Pemilihan Rute) merupakan salah satu tahapan pemodelan transportasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Pemodelan tersebut dilakukan untuk menganalisa kondisi Jalan Tol Gempol-Pasuruan serta proyeksinya dalam beberapa tahun kedepan. Selain itu akan dilihat sebaran pergerakan dari kendaraan yang melewati jalan tol tersebut serta mengetahui rute pilihan dari pengendara yang memilih rute jalan tol atau jalan lama.
Sebaran pergerakan terbesar dilakukan oleh golongan 1 pada zona 1 dengan persebaran dari zona 1 menuju zona 2 sebesar 3763 kendaraan/hari, zona 1 menuju zona 3 sebesar 2718 kendaraan/hari, zona 1 menuju zona 4 sebesar 572 kendaraan/hari dan zona 1 ke zona 5 sebesar 5800 kendaraan/hari. Pada analisis trip assignment menggunakan metode Davidson dengan perhitungan berdasarkan karakteristik jalan sesuai dengan MKJI didapatkan rute yang paling banyak ditempuh adalah rute pada zona 1 menggunakan jalan tol yang dilakukan oleh golongan 1 hingga golongan 4 sebesar 100% dan pada golongan 5 hanya 20% untuk zona 1. Sedangkan pada perhitungan berdasarkan koefisien tabel Blunden didapatkan pemilihan rute terbesar menggunakan jalan eksisting daripada jalan tol.

Transportation was a very important tool. Increasing the number of vehicles had led to the increasing amount of traffic flow and improve major traffic jams. Pasuruan was one city in East Java which experienced a rapid growth in industry and tourism. It mades Pasuruan experiencing fairly rapid economic growth as well. The high economic growth in Pasuruan necessarily accompanied by high intensity of activity and the movement of people and their goods. With increasing movement would be a problem in the field of transport. To facilitate transportation and spur economic growth in Pasuruan government built highways Gempol-Pasuruan 34.15 Km.
Trip distribution (distribution of motion) of a vehicle and Trip Assignment (Election Route) was one of the stages of the modeling of transport used in this study. The modeling was done to analyze the condition of Gempol-Pasuruan and projections for the next few years. Additionally, it would be seen spreading the movement of vehicles passing through the toll road as well as knowing the choice of riders who choose these toll roads or old roads.
The largest perfomed of Distribution movement by group 1 on zone 1 with distribution zone of 1 to zone 2 are 3763 vehicles/day, zone 1 to zone 3 are 2,718 vehicles/day, zone 1 to zone 4 are 572 vehicles/day and zone 1 to 5 are 5800 vehicles/day. On analysis using Davidson Method with calculation was based on the characteristics of the road accordance with MKJI obtained routes that the largest is the route that on zone 1 using the road toll performed by group 1 until group 4 are 100% and the group 5 only 20% of the reviews zone 1. While on calculation based on the coefficient table Blunden obtained largest selection of the route using existing roads rather than toll road.
