Abstract

Pneumonia termasuk dalam 10 penyakit terbanyak di Surabaya. Jumlah kasus pneumonia pada balita setiap kecamatan di Surabaya bervariasi dan mengindikasikan adanya hubungan antar wilayah. Hal ini menjadi dasar penggunaan pemodelan spasial untuk mengidentifikasi variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap pneumonia pada balita. Model spasial autoregressive (spatial autoregressive models, SAR) digunakan untuk mengakomodasi adanya hubungan atau ketergantungan antar sekelumpulan pengamatan atau lokasi. Dalam studi ini, hasil pemodelan SAR untuk kasus pneumonia terhadap balita pada 31 kecamatan di Surabaya dibandingkan dengan regresi linier berganda menghasilkan model terbaik. Model SAR menghasilkan R2 sebesar 42,1%. Variabel-variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan yaitu kepadatan penduduk, persentase rumah tangga bersih dan sehat, dan persentase balita mendapat imunisasi lengkap.

Pneumonia is included in top 10 diseases in Surabaya. The number of children pneumonia cases in every districts of Surabaya has variation and indicates reliation of dictrics. This becomes basic of using spatial model to identificate significant variables of pneumonia. SAR model (Spatial Autoregressive Models) is used to accommodate relation or dependence between observations and locations. In this case, the result of modeling SAR of children pneumonia case of 31 districts in Surabaya will be compared with multiple linier regression to result best model. SAR model results R 2 equal to 42,1%. The significant variables are population density, percentage of clean and healthy households, and percentage of the children getting immunization.
