Abstract
Jalan raya merupakan sarana insfrastruktur penting dalam mendukung perkembangan ekonomi di suatu daerah.Kualitas yang baik sangat diutamakan demi keselamatan dan kenyamanan pengguna jalan. PeningkatanRuas Jalan Beru – Cinandang (STA 0+000 – 3+000), Kecamatan Dawar Blandong, Kabupaten Mojokerto terdiri dari perencanaan geometrik jalan, tebal perkerasan jalan, saluran tepi jalan dan perhitungan rencana anggaran biaya.
Metode yang digunakan antara lain Tata Cara Perencanaan Geometrik Jalan Antar Kota No. 038/TBM/1997 Departemen Pekerjaan Umum Direktorat Jendral Bina Marga, perencanaan peningkatan jalan dengan menggunakan Metode Analisa Komponen SKBI Tahun 1987 dan perencanaan drainase Tata Cara Perencanaan Drainase Permukaan Jalan SNI 03-3424-1994 serta menghitung Rencana Anggaran Biaya menggunakan Analisis Harga Satuan Pekerjaan (AHSP) Bidang Pekerjaan Umum Balitbang PU Tahun 2012 , dari masing-masing hasil perencanaan tebal perkerasan dan perencanaan drainase jalan. Data penelitian yang digunakan mencakup data primer dan data sekunder dari proyek peningkatan jalan (Ruas Jalan Beru – Cinandang (STA 0+000 – 3+000), Kecamatan Dawar Blandong, Kabupaten Mojokerto
Hasil penelitian ini adalah perencanaan geometrik jalan dengan lebar badan jalan 7 m, perencanaan tebal perkerasan dengan Laston tebal 16 cm dan tebal overlay 16 cm dengan pondasi atas berupa batu pecah kelas A 20 cm beserta pondasi bawah sirtu kelas A tebal 10 cmdan perencanaan saluran tepipasangan batu kali dengan dimensi b = 0,5 m, h = 0,7 m, w = 0,3 mserta menghitung Rencana Anggaran Biaya sebesar Rp. 11,397,729,919.

The highway is an important means of infrastructure in supporting economic development in an area. Good quality highly preferred for the sake of safety and comfort of road users. Improved Roads Beru – Cinandang (STA 0 000-3 000), Dawar Blandong, Mojokerto consists of bold geometric planning roads, roughness of the road, a street and the calculation of budget plan costs.
The methods used include Geometric Planning Ordinance City Expressway No. 038/TBM/1997 public works Department Directorate General of Bina Marga, planning road improvement by using Component Analysis method of MANUAL BOOK NO.SKBI in 1987 and Drainage Ordinance road surface Drainage SNI 03-3401-1994 as well as Calculate Plan cost budget analysis unit price work (AHSP) field of public works Balitbang PU in 2012 , of the respective results of roughness and thickness planning drainage way. The results of this research are geometric planning of roads with a width of 7 m, the road planning with the roughness Laston thick thick thick overlays and 16 cm 16 cm with the Foundation over the stone broke class A 20 cm along the Foundation below grade sirtu 10 cm thick and planning channel edge partner stones with dimensions b = 0.5 m, h = 0.7 m, w = 0.3 m and calculate Plan cost budget of Rp 11,397,729,919.
