Abstract
Pkp= 1/(1 +( 1+Exp (- 0.00003 ×(C_ku-C_kp))) )

Adisutjipto Airport is located at Jalan Raya Solo KM. 9 55282 Yogyakarta. Based on the data released by Angkasa Pura 1, from 2013, there were 313.000 international passengers and 5.463.000 domestic passengers commuting from this airport, whilst the airport capacity, for the international passenger, was only 150.000 passengers per year and 2.732.000 passengers per year for the domestic one. Referring to the collected data, the passengers were two times more than the airport capacity. Based on the regulation of Governor of Yogyakarta No. 68/KEP/2015 Concerning the Determination of Construction Site for the New Airport Development in Yogyakarta, which on March 31, 2016 will be built the new airport located on Glagah Village, District Temon, Sub-District Kulon Progo, with an area of 645,63 hectares. Access to the new airport in Kulon Progo, defined by four main access. From Yogya to Karangnongko, Wates which is a national road, Jalur Jalan Lintas Selatan (JJLS), Jalan Daendels, and by train. In order to deliver the infrastructures in accordance with the need for the access road to the airport in the future, it is necessary to predict the vehicle load in every access to the ariport.
Data collecting in the form of interviews with passengers at the Adisutjipto Airport will be conducted in the completion of this final project. Questionnaires were distributed to domestic and international passengers at departure boarding lounge. The results of the questionnaire is then processed using statistical analysis to identify factors that had been influenced the access transport modes selection to Kulon Progo International Airport.
A cost model based on travelling time is then generated from data analysis result, calculated using the subtraction between the average operational cost of private vehicle users and Δ cost of public transportation tariff, with the formulation of the proportion of private vehicle utilization is (Y=Ln (Pkp / (1 – Pkp)). This formula shows the connections between vehicle cost and usage which can be modeled as:
Pkp= 1/(1 +( 1+Exp (- 0.00003 ×(C_ku-C_kp))) )
The conclusion obtained that in terms of transportation modes selection, 57% will use private vehicle and 43% will use public transportation. The proportion of public transportation utilization are divided into two conditions. The areas in which are passed by the railway, the proportions are 31% for bus, 32% for taxi, 20% for travel service, and 17% choose train; while the areas that did not traversed by the railway, the proportions are 40% for bus, 37% for taxi, and 23% for travel service.
