Abstract
Modifikasi perencanaan Gedung Golden Tulip essensial Hotel setinggi 7 lantai ini sebelumnya dirancang menggunakan struktur utama beton bertulang dan baja pada ruang pertemuan atau pameran. Gedung ini akan dimodifikasi menjadi 12 lantai dengan menggunakan struktur beton bertulang dan beton pratekan pada ruang pertemuan atau pameran.
Pada Tugas Akhir ini akan dibahas tentang modifikasi perencanaan dengan menggunakan beton pratekan. Perencanaan yang dilakukan meliputi perencanaan struktur sekunder, struktur utama pratekan, struktur utama non pratekan serta pondasi. Metode beton pratekan yang digunakan adalah post-tension (paska tarik), yaitu dilakukan pengecoran balok terlebih dahulu kemudian setelah beton mengeras baru diberikan gaya tarik. Metode pelaksaan balok pratekan dibuat monolit antara balok dan kolom.
Gedung ini direncanakan di Kalimantan Utara yang merupakan wilayah gempa menengah sehingga digunakan sistem rangka pemikul momen menengah (SRPMM).
Modifikasi Perencanaan gedung ini dilakukan berdasarkan peraturan yang terbaru yaitun SNI 03-2847-2013 tentang perhitungan beton untuk bangunan gedung, SNI 03-1726-2012 tentang tata cara perencanaan ketahanan gempa untuk bangunan gedung dan PPIUG 1983 tentang peraturan pembebanan Indonesia untuk gedung,serta peraturan mengenai beton pratekan yang memenuhi syarat tahan gempa.

The planning modification of essential Golden Tulip Building with 7 floors height is designed using reinforced concrete or steel as the main structure in a meeting room or exhibition. This building will be modified to 12 floors by using reinforced concrete and concrete pretressed in the meeting room or exhibition.
In this thesis will be discussed about planning modification using concrete pretressed. The planning conducts of secondary structure, pretressed main structure, the main structure of non-pretressed and foundation. The method of pretressed concrete is used a post-tension is made of casting the first beam and then the concrete hardens just given tensile force. The method implementation of prestressed beam is made monolith between beams and coloumn.
It is planned in North Kalimantan which is a medium earthquake area so use bearers moment frame system medium (SRPMM).
The modification of this building is used based on the new rules of SNI 03-2847-2013 about calculation of concrete for bulding, SNI 03-1726-201 about planning procedures on earthquake resistance for building and PPIUG 1983 about the Indonesia loading regulations for building, and also the regulations concerning pretressed concrete eligible earthquake resistant.
