Abstract
Kebutuhan akan energi listrik terus meningkat seiring dengan
perkembangan teknologi dan pertambahan penduduk. Sedangkan kualitas
sistem distribusi tenaga listrik yang semakin kompleks dan luas masih
memiliki kekurangan yang menyebabkan deviasi tegangan terus
meningkat. Untuk menjaga atau meningkatkan level tegangan dan
menurunkan deviasi tegangan pada sistem distribusi radial, terdapat
teknik-teknik seperti rekonfiguarsi jaringan, pemasangan kapasitor dan
Distributed Generation (DG) yang tepat pada jaringan distribusi radial.
Pada tugas akhir ini dilakukan penelitian tentang penggabungan dari
teknik- teknik tersebut menggunakan metoda Genetic Algorithm (GA)
untuk meminimalkan deviasi tegangan yang diujikan pada sistem
distribusi IEEE 69 bus. Penggabungan dilakukan secara bertahap
(berurutan) dan bersamaan (simultan). Dari hasil pengujian yang
diperoleh, teknik optimasi rekonfigurasi mampu menurunkan deviasi
tegangan dari 0.0909 pu (base) menjadi 0.0505 pu. Kemudian optimasi
rekonfigurasi dan penempatan kapasitor mampu menurunkan deviasi
tengangan menjadi 0.0246 pu dan hasil paling minimal didapat dengan
penggabungan ketiga teknik optimasi tersebut yaitu dengan deviasi
tegangan 0.0083 pu.

The demand for electricity continues to increase along with the
development of technology and population. While the quality of electric
power distribution system that is increasingly complex and far-reaching
still have weaknesses that caused the voltage deviation on the rise. To
maintain or increase the level of voltage and lowering the voltage
deviation on radial distribution system, there are techniques such as
network reconfiguration, installation of capacitors and Distributed
Generation (DG) on radial distribution network. In this final projecct
done research on merger of these techniques using the method of Genetic
Algorithm (GA) to minimize the voltage deviation to be tested on a
distribution system IEEE 69 bus. The merger was done gradually (in
sequence) and concurrent (simultaneous). Of test results obtained, the
reconfiguration optimization are able to lower the voltage deviation of
0.0909 pu (base) became 0.0505 pu. Then the optimization of
reconfiguration and capacitor placement is able to lower the voltage
deviation be 0.0246 pu and the results obtained with the least merge third
optimization techniques with the voltage deviation 0.0083 pu.
