Abstract

Arthropoda Musuh alami merupakan organisme yang
ditemukan di alam yang dapat membunuh serangga sekaligus,
melemahkan serangga, sehingga dapat mengakibatkan kematian
pada serangga hama.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komposisi,
kelimpahan dan tingkat keanekaragaman Arthropoda musuh
alami pada modifikasi habitat lahan tembakau Nicotiana tabacum
L. menggunakan insectary plant Helianthus annuus, serta tren
kelimpahan musuh alami terhadap herbivora
Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan modifikasi habitat
lahan tembakau menggunakan insectary plant Helianthus annuus
membentuk perimeter mengelilingi main crop tanaman tembakau.
Parameter yang dianalisa yakni kelimpahan, keanekaragaman
spesies, kesamaan komunitas Morisita-Horn serta tren
kelimpahan arthropoda musuh alami dengan herbivora.
Indeks Shannon - wiener nilai keanekaragaman di kedua
lahan pada setiap fase pertumbuhan tembakau adalah tergolong
tinggi. Sedangkan Indeks kesamaan komunitas Morishita Horn
antara kedua Lahan pada fase vegetatif, fase generatif, fase
reproduktif didapatkan nilai indeks kesamaaan komunitas
mendekati 1 berarti komunitas tersebut mempunyai kemiripan
spesies yang sama.

Natural enemies Arthropod is an organism found in nature
that can kill insects at once, weakens the insects, which can lead
to death in pest insects.
This study aims to determine the composition, abundance
and diversity of arthropods level of natural enemies on land
habitat modification Nicotiana tabacum L. tobacco use insectary
plant Helianthus annuus, and trends abundance of natural
enemies against herbivores
The method used is a modification of wetland habitat
tobacco use insectary plant Helianthus annuus formed around the
perimeter of the main crop of tobacco plants. Parameters
analyzed the abundance, species diversity, community similarity
Morisita-Horn and abundance trends with herbivorous arthropod
natural enemies.
Shannon - wiener Index diversity in both land value at every
phase of growth of tobacco is relatively high. While Morisita
Horn community similarity index between the two of Land in the
vegetative phase, the generative phase, reproductive phase
obtained index value close to 1 it’s means the community and the
similarities almost have the same species.
