Abstract
Industri kelistrikan yang berkembang secara signifikan
mendorong terjadinya deregulasi sistem bisnis yang semula terpusat
berubah menjadi tersegmentasi. Model perdagangan baru ini
menciptakan akses terbuka pada saluran transmisi, termasuk di
Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, perhitungan kontribusi dari individual
generator dan individual beban pada line flows menjadi penting. Pada
tugas akhir ini, penulis mencoba untuk meneliti tentang penelusuran
aliran daya pada saluran transmisi 500 kV Jawa-Bali berdasarkan
pemisahan pembangkit dan beban yang berkontribusi pada saluran
tersebut. Hasil penelusuran akan digunakan untuk menaksirkan besarnya
biaya sewa transmisi yang akan dikenakan kepada pengguna jaringan
dalam setiap transaksi. Dari hasil penelitian dan analisis disimpulkan
bahwa penelusuran aliran daya berdasarkan Metode Kirschen dengan
bantuan Teori Graf dapat menjadi alternatif perhitungan untuk memecah
aliran daya pada sistem. Selain itu, penaksiran biaya dengan
menggunakan metode MW-Mile dapat memberikan keadilan bagi
seluruh pengguna jaringan transmisi 500 kV Jawa-Bali dan menjamin
pengembalian total biaya operasional tranmsisi selama setahun.

The electricity industries which has developed rapidly force the
existance of deregulation on business system. It changed from centered
to segmented model. This new trading model causes an open access in
transmission belong to in Indonesia. Because of that, the calculation of
individual generators and individual loads in line flows become so
important. In this final project, the author tries to observe about in 500
kV transmission line Jawa-Bali based on the separating generators and
loads which contribute to the system. The results of the observation will
be used for calculating the transmission pricing for customers in every
single transaction. Based on the results of observation and analysis can
be conclude that power flow observation Kirschen Method using Graph
Theory can be alternative in calculating the contribution of each
generators and loads in transmission line. On the other hand, the
calculation of generating cost using MW-Mile Method can give a justify
for all customers who use 500 kV transmission line Jawa-Bali and
guarantee the return of total operational cost for a year.
