Abstract

Dermaga general cargo pelabuhan awerange terletak
di kabupaten Barru provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Pelabuhan
Awerange di desain untuk memperlancar pendistribusian
barang dan jasa melalui transportasi laut di daerah selat
Makassar.
Dalam proyek akhir ini dermaga tersebut direncanakan
untuk kapal dengan kapasitas 15.000 DWT yang meliputi
perencanaan dimensi dan penulangan struktur sandar dan
tambat kapal. Struktur atas dermaga (Pelat lantai, Balok,
dan Pile Cap) menggunakan beton bertulang cor di tempat
dengan mutu beton fc’= 30 MPa. Sedangkan struktur bawah
dermaga menggunakan SPP (Steel Pipe Pile). Posisi
pemasangan tiang pancang direncanakan sedemikian rupa
agar mampu menahan gaya vertikal dan horizontal. Dalam
perencanaan struktur dermaga ini, dianalisis menggunakan
software SAP2000 dengan model tiga dimensi. Penulangan
struktur dan stabilitas struktur (terhadap retak dan
pengaruh lendutan) mengacu pada SNI 03-2847-2002 Tata
Cara Perencanaan Struktur Beton Untuk Bangunan
Gedung.
Dari hasil perencanaan ditetapkan dimensi dermaga
180m x 23m dan dimensi tretle 150m x 10m. Dimensi balok crane dermaga 120cm x 220cm, balok memanjang dan
melintang dermaga 100cm x 180cm, balok tepi dermaga
60cm x 100cm, dan balok melintang dan memanjang
dermaga 60cmx100xcm. Tiang pancang dermaga
menggunakan tiang pancang baja ukuran 36” (900 mm)
t=12,5 mm, 32” (800 mm) t=12,5 mm, 30” (750 mm) t=12,5
mm, dan untuk tiang pancang trestle menggunakan ukuran
24” (600 mm) t=12,5. Pada struktur sandar menggunakan
fender merk Bridgestone tipe SM 500 H. sedangkan struktur
tambat menggunakan bollard maritime MT50.

General cargo pier located in awerange, barru district
of south celebes. Awerange port is designed to expedite the
review of the distribution of goods and services via sea
transport in the area is Makassar Strait.
In this Final Project Pier Label is planned to review the
capacity of 15,000 DWT with design structure of beam
dimensions and reinforcement structure of Vessel berthing
and mooring. The top of pier construction (Floor Plates,
Beams, and Pile Cap) to use reinforced concrete cast in situ
with characteristic quality concrete fc'= 30 MPa. A while of
bottom of pier construction used by steel pile pipe. Position
installation of the steel pile pipe was designed such a way as
to able vertical and horizontal force. In this case of design
about construction of pier is analyzed using SAP2000
software with three dimension model. Reinforcement
