Abstract

Pemasangan keteter jantung kepada pasien dilakukan untuk mencegah
terjadinya penyakit jantung koroner yang menjadi penyebab kematian nomor
satu di Indonesia. Prosedur pemasangan kateter yang aman dengan menggunakan ultrasound sangat diperlukan untuk pasien demi mencegah efek radiasi
dari penggunaan mesin x-ray. Letak Kateter jantung bisa diidentifikasi dari
citra yang tampak dari intravascular ultrasound. Selama proses identifikasi,
objek kateter jantung bisa berbentuk lingkaran dan lingkaran tidak sempurna.
Penggunaan metode circular hough transform bisa mengidentifikasi semua
bentuk kateter jantung yang tampak dari citra intravascular ultrasound. Waktu
yang dibutuhkan oleh circular hough transform untuk mengidentifikasi objek
kateter jantung 0,02-0,2 detik dengan akurasi 85%.

The installation of heart catheter to patients to prevent coronary heart
disease, which became the number one cause of death in Indonesia. The safe
procedure to installation of heart catheter using ultrasound is needed by the
patient in order to prevent the effects of radiation from x-ray machine. Location
of heart catheter can identified from the object that appears on intravascular
ultrasound image. During identification process, the object of heart catheter
can be shaped as circle and incomplete circle. The use of circular hough
transform can identifying all shapes of heart catheter from intravascular ultrasound image. The time required by circular hough transform to identify heart
catheter is 0.02 to 0.2 seconds with accuracy 85%.
