Abstract
Klinik Medis Bhaskara telah berdiri lebih dari dua puluh tahun. Lokasi klinik
berada di jalan raya Mulyosari menjadikan klinik ini sangat strategis dan sering
dikunjungi masyarakat sekitar. Klinik ini memiliki tiga ruangan klinik, yakni penyakit
umum, penyakit spesialis dan poli gigi. Pada saat ini fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dan
keadaan ruangan jauh di bawah standar, diantaranya tidak tersedia ruang uji laboratorium
yang menunjang pemeriksaan. Disamping itu, kurangnya furnitur yang mewadahi
peralatan medis, serta kurangnya pengelolaan ruang sehingga terjadi disfungsi ruang
seperti resepsionis yang dijadikan tempat istirahat dokter. Pada saat ini dokter yang
bekerja tinggal dua orang yaitu satu dokter gigi dan satu dokter umum, sedangkan jumlah
pasien semakin lama semakin berkurang. Maka dari itu, klinik ini perlu didesain kembali
sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja dokter dan staff dan membantu kesembuhan para
pasien.
Untuk merealisasikan desain interior Klinik Medis Bhaskara, metode yang
digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan survey lokasi, survey pembanding dan interview
langsung kepada beberapa pihak terkait. Interview kepada dokter untuk memperoleh data
mengenai keadaan nyata klinik seperti kegiatan dalam ruangan, sedangkan interview
kepada pihak administrasi untuk mendapatkan alur kegiatan yang ada di klinik.
Sementara itu survey dilakukan kepada pasien untuk memperoleh informasi bagaimana
pasien merasakan pelayanan dan merasakan langsung kondisi interior klinik. Data yang
dikumpulkan selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisa sehingga ditemukan konsep desain yang
akseptabel.
Melalui interview dan survey yang dilakukan diperoleh data pendukung untuk
melakukan perubahan desain Interior Klinik Medis Bhaskara berkonsep Green dan
dikemas secara Modern. Konsep Green Modern diharapkan dapat memberikan perasaan
nyaman bagi pasien maupun pemberi layanan klinik dan mempermudah proses
pengobatan. Dalam proses desain ini akan dikembangkan dan diaplikasikan desain
interior klinik medis Bhaskara yang nyaman, mempercepat kinerja klinis, memberikan
pengalaman pendidikan kesehatan kepada setiap pasien, serta diharapkan menggunakan
energi secara efisien. Hasil dari proses desain interior Klinik Bhaskara Mulyosari ini
diharapkan dapat memberikan kenyamanan dan pengalaman menyegarkan dalam interior
klinik serta menimbulkan citra baik yang melekat pada pasien dengan desain yang unik.

Bhaskara Medical Clinic has existed for more than twenty years. Clinic locations
are on the Mulyosari Street make this clinic a very strategic and frequented the
surrounding community. The clinic has a three-room clinic, which is a common disease,
disease specialists and poly teeth. At this time of health care facilities and state of the
room is far below the standard, including laboratory testing is not available space to
support the investigation. In addition, the lack of furniture that can accommodate the
medical equipment, as well as the lack of management of space, causing dysfunction,
such as the reception room which is used as a doctor rest area. At this time the doctors
who work only two people: a dentist and a general practitioner, while the number of
patients progressively reduced. Therefore, the clinic needs to be redesigned so that it can
improve the performance of doctors and staff and help cure the patient.
To realize the interior design Bhaskara Medical Clinic, the method used is to
perform site surveys, comparative surveys and direct interviews to several related parties.
Interview doctor to obtain data about the real state of the clinic such as indoor activities,
while the interview to the administration to get the flow of activities in the clinic. While
the survey was done to the patient to obtain information about how the patient perceives
the service and experience the interior condition of the clinic. The data collected are then
processed and analyzed to find an acceptable design concept.
Through interviews and surveys conducted supporting data obtained to make
changes Bhaskara Medical Clinic Interior design concept Modern Green and packaged.
Modern Green concept is expected to provide a feeling of comfort for patients and
clinical service providers and facilitate the treatment process. In the process of this design
will be developed and applied to the interior design of medical clinics Bhaskara
comfortable, accelerating clinical performance, providing health education experiences to
every patient, as well as the expected use energy efficiently. Results of the interior design
process Bhaskara Mulyosari clinic is expected to provide convenience and refreshing
experience in the interior of the clinic and creates a good image that is attached to a
patient with a unique design.
