Abstract

Bank Office Building is a kind of land use that produce a lot of traffic. Therefore, it is interesting to develop its Trip Attraction and Trip Distribution Model. The research objective to develop the Trip Attraction and Trip Distribution Model.
This research was done by collecting of primary and secondary data of 5 BRI Office in Surabaya. In this case, Trip Attraction Models were developed by using Multiple Linear Regression Method, and Trip Distribution Models were developed by using 3 difference functions in the form of Power Negative, Exponential Negative and Tanner.
The Trip Attraction Models are as follows: Model Motorcycle is YSM = 51,794 + 0,015 LL - 0,002 LLH R2 = 0,820, Model Car is YM = 14,334 - 0,008 LL + 0,009 LLH R2 = 0,885, Model Fetched by Motorcycle is YAJSM = - 0.585 + 0,00011 LL + 0.002 LLH R2 = 0.538, Model Fetched by Car is YAJM = 2,708 + 0,00032 LL + 0,00013 LLH R2 = 0,461, Model Public Transport is YAU = -2.002 + 0.001 LL + 0.002 LLH R2 = 0.698, and the Total Attraction is YTOTAL= 64.440 + 0.008 LL + 0.012 LLH, R2 = 0.926. Trip Length Distribution Pattern is analyzed by using 3 difference functions : Power Negative, Exponential Negative and Tanner. It is found that, the best model is Tanner Function, by having smallest Sum Square Error.
