Abstract

distribusi. Indeks – indeks yang digunakan dalam menentukan suatu
keandalan adalah SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency
Indeks), SAIDI (System Average Interrruption Duration Index), dan
CAIDI (Customer Average Interruption Duration Index). Metode RIA
(Reliability Index Assessment). Metode RIA ini mendata kegagalan yang
terjdai pada peralatan secara komprehensif, kemudian mengindetifikasi
kegagalan, dan menganalisis mode kegagalan tersebut. Hasil GIS pada
kondisi perfect switching diketahui nilai parameter keandalan SAIDI =
1.718 jam/pelanggan/tahun, SAIFI = 5.514 kali/pelanggan/tahun, dan
CAIDI = 3.00 jam/gangguan/pelanggan,sedangkn pada kondisi
imperfect switching didapat SAIDI = 135.3 jam/pelanggan/tahun, SAIFI
= 20.17 kali/pelanggan/tahun, dan CAIDI = 6.71
jam/gangguan/pelanggan. Serta MAIFI keseluruhan sistem = 1.842
gangguan/tahun.

At a distribution system electricity, the reliability is importance in
determining the performance of the system. The reliability can be seen
from the extent to which electric power supply can supply continuously
in a year to consumers. Reliability is very influential in a quality
distribution network that can operate in accordance with the functions
in a span and certain conditions. Then this reliability applied to GIS (
Geographic Information System ) as the tool used to facilitate the work
of man in a distribution system reliability supervisory. Index-index used
in determining a the reliability of is SAIFI (System Average Interruption
Frequency Indeks), SAIDI (System Average Interrruption Duration
Index), and CAIDI (Customer Average Interruption Duration Index).
RIA Method (Reliability Index Assessment) is an approach used to
predict the failure of distribution system based on the system topology
and data-data about the component reliability. This RIA method logs a
failure on equipment comprehensively, then to identified failure, and
analyzing the failure mode. And calculation result of GIS in perfect
switching condition in SAIDI = 1.718 hour/fault/load point, SAIFI =
5.514 times/load point/year, and CAIDI = 3.00 hour/fault/load point,
whereas in imperfect switching condition gets SAIDI = 135.3
hour/fault/load point, SAIFI = 20.17 times/load point/year, CAIDI =
6.71 hour/fault/load point. As soon as MAIFI for all system = 1.842
fault/year.
