Abstract
Dokumen spesifikasi kebutuhan perangkat lunak (SKPL) merupakan sebuah dokumen yang berperan penting sebagai acuan persetujuan antara software developer dengan pengguna. Didalam dokumen tersebut juga dijelaskan mengenai tujuan dan ruang lingkup software, termasuk sebagai pencatatan dan pendefinisian kebutuhan sang pengguna. Namun tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa dalam pembuatan sebuah perangkat lunak dokumen SKPL dibuat sekedarnya. Oleh karena itu dibuatlah berbagai macam standar dokumen spesifikasi kebutuhan perangkat lunak, untuk mempermudah dan sebagai acuan dalam pembuatan dokumen SKPL dan menentukan kebutuhan yang ada.
Dalam penelitian tersebut akan menggunakan dua buah standard dokumen SKPL yang paling umum digunakan dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak, standard tersebut adalah IEEE 830 dan Volere. Kedua standar SKPL tersebut akan dibandingkan efektivitasnya pada bagian non functional requirements (NFR), yang ditentukan berdasarkan empat kriteria yaitu kelengkapan (completeness), konsistensi (consistency), kejelasan (unambigous), dan ketepatan (correctness). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melibatkan responden yang diminta untuk mengisi kedua template standar dokumen SKPL pada bagian non functional requirements dengan berdasarkan studi kasus aplikasi.
Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi berupa template standar dokumen SKPL mana yang paling efektif berdasarkan dari keempat kriteria yang diuji. Dari hasil penelitian dan pengujian yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa standar IEEE 830 lebih efektif karena unggul dalam kriteria konsistemsi, kejelasan, dan ketepatan. Sedangkan standar Volere hanya unggul dalam kriteria kelengkapan. Walaupun sebenarnya kedua standar dokumen SKPL tersebut tidak memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan.

Software requirements specification document (SRS) is a document that plays an important role as reference agreement between software developer and user. In the document also described the purpose and scope of the software, including as the recording and defining the needs of the user. But it can not be denied that in making a software SRS document are in low quality. Therefore, there is various kinds of software requirements specification standards. This is to simplify and as a reference in making SRS documents and determine the existing needs.
In this research will use two standards SRS documents that most commonly used in software development, the standard is IEEE 830 and Volere. Both SRS standards will be compared to their effectiveness in non-functional requirements (NFR), which are determined based on four criteria of completeness, consistency, unambigous, and correctness. This research was conducted by involving respondents who were asked to fill both standard template SKPL documents in non functional requirements section based on application case study.
The result of this research aims to provide recommendations in the form of standard template SKPL documents which are most effective based on the four criteria tested. From the results of research and testing conducted found that the IEEE 830 standard is more effective because it excels in the criteria of consistency, unambigous, and correctness. While the Volere standard only excels in the completeness criteria. Although both SKPL document standards have no significant differences.
