Abstract
Transportasi adalah salah satu bagian dari kebutuhan dan kepentingan keseluruhan manusia yang disebabkan oleh adanya suatu sistem pergerakan atau perpindahan objek. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu perencanaan jalan, di mana jalan itu sendiri merupakan prasarana perhubungan darat yang mempunyai peranan penting untuk memperlancar kegiatan ekonomi di suatu tempat/daerah. Oleh karena itu direncanakan jalan Purwodadi – Batu.
Membangun jalan tersebut perlu diadakan studi kelayakan yang ditinjau dari segi lalu lintas dan ekonomi jalan raya dengan metode analisa Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK), analisa nilai waktu, serta analisa ekonomi yang meliputi Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Net Present Value (NPV), dan analisa Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
Tugas Akhir ini diharapkan dapat menganalisa kelayakan jalan tembus Purwodadi – Batu Jawa Timur. Dari hasil analisa ekonomi, didapatkan nilai BCR sebesar 9,2578 (berdasarkan PDRB) dan 13,2921 (berdasarkan inflasi) dan NPV didapatkan sebesar Rp 17.163.307.400.768 (berdasarkan PDRB) dan Rp 25.303.827.970.182 (berdasarkan inflasi). Nilai IRR berdasarkan PDRB adalah sebesar 36,86805 % dan berdasarkan inflasi adalah sebesar 44,1925 %.
Dari hasil tersebut, dapat dikatakan pembangunan jalan tembus Purwodadi – Btu layak untuk dibangun.

Transportation in one part of the needs and interests of
the whole human being caused by the existence of a system of
movement or displacement of objects. Therefore, a road planning
is needed, in which the road itself is a land transportation facility
that is essential to facilitate economic activity in a place
or region.
Therefore
it is planned to build a road middle of Purwodadi and
Batu.
The road construction needs to be conducted feasibility
study in terms of traffic and highway economy with the method
of Vehicle Operation Cost Analysis (VOC), Time Value
Anal
ysis, and Economic Analysis include Benefit Cost Ratio
(BCR), Net Present Value (NPV), and Analysis of Internal Rate
of Return (IRR).
This final project is expected to analyse the feasibility of
Purwodadi

Batu Road. From the result of the economic analysis
