Abstract
Sapi potong merupakan sumber protein hewani yang hingga
saat ini masih dipenuhi dengan cara impor. Upaya impor
dilakukan karena supply daging lokal tidak mampu memenuhi
kebutuhan daging yang semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun.
Supply daging sapi potong pada tahun 2010-2016 rata-rata
terdiri 40% impor. Diperkirakan konsumsi daging sapi akan
terus naik sebesar 7,6% per tahun, sementara produksi lokal
hanya naik sekitar 4,8% per tahun. Berdasarkan hal tersebut
dapat disimpulkan bahwa peternak sapi potong lokal perlu
terus menerus meningkatkan produktivitasnya agar dapat
memenuhi kebutuhan daging sapi Nasional.
Untuk dapat membuat keputusan terkait peningkatan
produktivitas peternakan, pemilik usaha peternakan perlu
mengetahui analisis finansial dari usahanya. Melalui analisis finansial dapat diputuskan strategi untuk meningkatkan pola produksi yang berpengaruh bagi produktivitas usaha peternakan. Selain itu, visualisasi dari data-data terkait finansial dibutuhkan untuk memudahkan pengambilan keputusan. Belum adanya visualisasi terkait data-data finansial membuat pemilik usaha tidak mengetahui keadaanfinansial usahanya secara mudah dan terperinci sehingga berpengaruh terhadap pengambilan keputusan bagi bisnisnya. Tugas akhir ini menawarkan solusi berupa dashboard finansial untuk membantu pemilik peternakan KTT Wahyu Utama membuat keputusan strategis bagi bisnisnya dengan metode user centered design menggunakan Power BI.
Dashboard ini akan menampilkan visualisasi laporan
finansial ditinjau dari segi cash flow yang meliputi laporan
pemasukan-pengeluaran dan analisis finansial untuk menilai
keadaan usaha seperti rentabilitas, BEP dan B/C ratio.

Beef are source of animal protein that until now is
still filled by import. Import is choosen because the supply
of local meat are not able to meet the needs of meat is
increasing from year to year. Supply of beef in 2010-2016
on average comprises 40% by import. It is estimated that
beef consumption will continue to increase by 7.6% per
year, while local production only increases about 4.8% per
year. Based on this it can be concluded that local beef cattle breeders need to continuously improve their productivity in order to meet the needs of national beef.
To be able to make decisions to increase livestock
productivity, local cattle farmer need to know the financial
analysis of their business. Through financial analysis can be decided strategies to improve production patterns that affect the productivity of livestock business. In addition,
visualization of financially related data is required to
facilitate decision-making. The absence of visualization
related to financial data to make business owners don’t
know the financial circumstances of the business easily and
in detail so that it affects the decision-making for business. This final project offers a financial dashboard
solution to help the owner of the Wahyu Utama CattleSmallholder farm to make strategic decisions for its business with user centered design method using Power BI. This dashboard will display the visualization of financial
circumtance such as of cash flow that includes reports of
financial analysis to assess business conditions such as
profitability, BEP and B / C ratio.
