Abstract
Secara umum, Jembatan Busur adalah jembatan yang
mempunyai bentuk struktur setengah lingkaran dengan abutmen di kedua sisi jembatan. Pada prinsipnya, konstruksi dari jembatan busur dapat memberikan reaksi horizontal akibat beban vertikal yang bekerja. Desain lengkung akan mengalihkan beban yang diterima lantai kendaraan jembatan menuju abutment.
Dalam Penyusunan Tugas Akhir ini, Jembatan kali bambang Malang – Blitar ini didesain ulang menggunakan jenis Jembatan Busur Rangka Baja dengan lantai kendaraan di tengah dengan panjang bentang 160 meter. Pada perencanaannya, di dapatkan tebal pelat lantai kendaraan 20 cm. Profil gelagar memanjang yang digunakan yaitu WF 450x200x8x12 serta profil gelagar melintang WF 800x300x26x28. Selanjutnya, tahap perhitungan konstruksi pemikul utama dan pemikul sekunder dilakukan dengan menghitung beban-beban yang bekerja sehingga didapatkan profil box untuk rangka utama jembatan. Selanjutnya, dilakukan analisa perhitungan bangunan bawah jembatan yang menghasilkan dimensi abutment 12x12x12 meter serta kebutuhan tiang pancang jembatan 42 buah. Pada akhir perhitungan, didapatkan hasil perhitungan erection rangka utama jembatan dengan metode kantilever setengah bentang. Hasil perhtiungan dituangkan dalam gambar teknik standar. ==================== In general, the arch Bridge is a bridge that Has a semicircular shape with abutments on both sides of the bridge. In principle, the construction of the arc bridge may give a horizontal reaction due to the working vertical load. The curved design
will divert the load received to the floor of the bridge vehicle to the abutment. In Preparation of this Final Project, Bridge bambang Malang - Blitar is redesigned using the type of Bridge Steel Frame with the floor
of the vehicle in the middle with a span of 160 meters. In the planning, in getting thick plate floor 20 cm vehicle. The elongated Beam profile used was WF 450x200x8x12 and the WF 800x300x26x28 transverse
Beam profile. Furthermore, the calculation phase of the main and secondary bearer construction is done by calculating the work loads so as to obtain the profile box for the main frame of the bridge. Furthermore, the calculation of building calculations under the bridge that produce 12x12x12 meter abutment dimensions and the need for bridge piles 42 pieces. At the end of the calculation, we get the result of calculation of erection of main frame of bridge with half cantilever cantilever method. The resulsts in standard engineering drawings.
