Abstract
Gunung Kelud merupakan salah satu gunung api aktif di Pulau Jawa. Gunung ini terakhir erupsi pada tahun 2014. Erupsi gunung ini mengakibatkan kerusakan pemukiman, kerusakan fasilitas umum, serta kerusakan lading-landang masyarakat sekitar Gunung Kelud yang menyebabkan gagal panen. Terjadinya perubahan kondisi fisik suatu wilayah dapat memicu perubahan nilai tanah di tersebut. Melihat status gunung yang aktif, keadaan seperti ini bisa dipastikan akan terulang di kemudian hari. Sehingga perlu adanya penelitan tentang perubahan nilai tanah di area lereng Gunung Kelud untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruh erupsi gunung terhadap nilai tanah.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menumpang susunkan peta zona nilai tanah Kecamatan Ngancar Kabupaten Kediri tahun 2013, 2014, dan 2015 menggunakan perangkat lunak pengolah data spasial. Untuk mengetahui besar nilai tanah yang terjadi di lokasi penelitian. Data perubahan nilai tanah tersebut kemudian dilakukan uji korelasi dan regresi linear berganda dengan variabel bebas yang sudah ditentukan yaitu jarak zona terhada pusat letusan, jarak zona dari CBD, dan jarak zona dari jalan kolektor. Tujuannya ialah mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh erupsi Gunung Kelud dan variabel lainnya terhadap perubahan nilai tanah.
Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, terjadi perubahan nilai tanah di Kecamatan Ngancar Kabupaten Kediri. Menurut hasil uji korelasi, erupsi Gunung Kelud 2014 tidak memiliki pengaruh yang besar terhadap perubahan nilai tanah. Dari hasil analisa regresi linear berganda yang dilakukan variabel yang dipilih hanya mampu menggambarkan 11,9% pada tahun 2013-2014 dan 47,7% pada tahun 2014-2015. Sehingga masih banyak factor lain yang belum diketahui sebagai penyebab perubahan nilai tanah di Kecamatan Ngancar.

The mountain was last erupted in 2014. The eruption of this mountain resulted in the destruction of the settlements, damage to public facilities, as well as damage to the community landlings around Kelud Mountain causing crop failure. The occurrence of changes in the physical condition of a region can trigger a change in the value of the land in it. Seeing the status of active volcanoes, such circumstances can certainly be repeated in the future. So it is necessary to research about changes of land value in the Kelud Mountain’s slope area so that we can know
how the influence of mountain eruptions on the land value.
This research is done by overlapping map of land value zone’s Ngancar District of Kediri Regency in 2013, 2014, and 2015 using spatial data processing software. To find out the changes of land value has been occurred at the research location. The data of value are tested by correlation and multiple linear regression with the determined independent variable that is the zone distance to the eruption center, the zone distance from the CBD, and the zone distance from the collector road. The objective is to know how much influence of Kelud Mountain’s eruption and other variables on the change of land value.
Based on research has been done, there is a change of
land value in Ngancar District of Kediri Regency. According to correlation test, Kelud’s eruption in 2014 doesn’t has great effect on the change of land value. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the selected variables are only able to describe 11.9% in 2013-2014 and 47.7% in 2014-2015. So there are many other factors that have not been known as the cause of changes in the land value in Ngancar District.
