Abstract

Dengan selesainya proyek PLBC (Proyek Langit Biru Cilacap) di sistem eksisting PT Pertamina RU IV Cilacap pada tahun 2016 ini mengakibatkan bertambahnya jumlah beban di sistem eksisting. Hal itu berdampak pada Spinning Reserve (cadangan daya) yang dimiliki sistem eksisting dan juga pada sisi keandalan (reliability) dari sistem berkurang. Di samping itu, penambahan beban pada sistem akan meningkatkan nominal arus hubung singkat (Short Circuit Level) sistem. Setelah melalui beberapa pertimbangan baik dari segi efisiensi, keandalan maupun ekonomi, dipilih solusi dengan mengintegrasikan sistem eksisting dengan PLN. Tujuan dari hal tersebut adalah dilakukannya pemindahan beberapa beban non-esensial dari sistem eksisting ke feeder PLN untuk disuplai langsung oleh sumber PLN. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menurunkan Short Circuit Level dan meningkatkan jumlah dari Spinning Reserve pada sistem. Sehingga dengan adanya cadangan daya yang lebih besar ini, maka diharapkan keandalan sistem meningkat. Selain itu memungkinkan juga untuk dilakukannya pengembangan sistem selanjutnya pada PT Pertamina RU IV Cilacap. Oleh karena itu,dengan adanya integrasi sistem tersebut maka diperlukan analisa kestabilan transien pada sistem kelistrikan eksisting PT. Pertamina RU IV Cilacap untuk mencapai kestabilan sistem dan dapat beroperasi normal serta mencegah kerusakan peralatan listrik saat terjadi gangguan. Analisa kestabilan transien yang dilakukan meliputi generator outage, short circuit, dan motor starting.Dari hasil analisis didapatkan rekomendasi untuk generator nyala yaitu 20 MW off + x trip.

With completion of projects plbc ( project blue sky cilacap ) in existing system PT PERTAMINA RU IV CILACAP on 2016 has led to a rise in the number of total load in existing system .It had an impact on spinning reserve ( reserve power ) owned existing system and also on the side of the reliability of ( reliability ) of a system of reduced .In addition , the addition of a load on the system will increase the current nominal of short circuit the level of in the system .After going through a number of considerations both in terms of efficiency , the reliability of economic and , chosen a solution by integrating existing system with pln .The purpose of that would be he did the transfer of few burdens non-esensial of the system existing to pln to feeder are supplied directly by a source of pln .It is meant to lower the level of a short circuit and increase the number of spinning reserve on a system .Hopefully with a reserve more power this great , hence it is hoped that increase the reliability of the system. In addition it allows also for doing further system development at PT Pertamina RU IV Cilacapfor .Hence , with the integration the system then required analysis transient stability in electric system existing pt .Pertamina ru iv cilacap to reach stability system and be operational normal and prevent mischief electrical equipment when there were disturbance .Analysis stability transient was about generator outage , short circuit , and motor starting. Recomendation after result of simulation transient stability is 20 MW off + x Trip
