Abstract
Pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten Sumenep mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Hampir semua sektor mngalami pertumbuhan, seperti sektor industri dan perdagangan, pariwisata serta investasi. Peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi bisa digunakan untuk pembenahan sarana dan prasarana di Kabupaten Sumenep, salah satunya adalah Bandar Udara Trunojoyo. Saat ini, Bandar Udara Trunojoyo melayani penerbangan perintis Lingkup tugas akhir adalah perencanaan geometrik dan perkerasan sisi udara yang meliputi landas pacu, landas hubung dan apron Bandar Udara Trunojoyo. Untuk pedoman, penulis menggunakan SKEP/IV/2005 dan Federation Aviation Administration (FAA) sebagai dasar perencanaan. Perencanaan sisi udara ini, menyesuaikan dengan pertumbuhan penumpang untuk 20 tahun mendatang.
Dari hasil analisis, jenis pesawat rencana yang akan digunakan untuk pengembangan 20 tahun mendatang adalah ATR 72-600. Kebutuhan geometrik sisi udara adalah panjang runway 1500 m dengan lebar 30 m; taxiway dengan lebar 15 m; dan apron dengan panjang 95 m dan lebar 45m. Kebutuhan perkerasan lentur sisi udara adalah lapisan surface setebal 4 inch, lapisan base course setebal 6 inch, dan lapisan sub base setebal 12 inch. Sedangkan Kebutuhan perkerasan kaku sisi udara adalah lapisan lapisan slab beton setebal 8,2 inch dan tebal lapisan sub base setebal 6 inch.
========================================================================================================================The economics of Sumenep has been growth every year, included industrial and trading sector, tourism sector, and investment sector also. The growth of Sumenep economic can be used to develop the infrastructure in Sumenep. Trunojoyo Airport is the infrastructure in Sumenep that is considered to develop. Today, Tronojoyo Aiport has served commercial pioneer flight.
The scope of final assignment is the airside geometric and pavement planning, including runway, taxiway and apron of Trunojoyo Airport. The guidelines that is used to plan Trunojoyo Airport are SKEP/IV/2005 and Federation Aviation Administration (FAA) regulation. The planning of airside will consider passengers growth for 20 years ahead.
The result of final assignment are ATR 72-600 as the design aircraft that is used for 20 years ahead. The result of airside geometric design are1500 meters runway length and 30 meters runway width; 15 meters taxiway width; and 4.275 m2 apron areas. The result of flexible pavement analysis are 4 inches surface thickness, 6 inches base course thickness, and 12 inches sub base course thickness. The result of rigid pavement analysis are 8,2 inches concrete slab thickness and 6 inches sub base course thickness.
