Abstract
Kontinuitas dan ketersediaan tenaga listrik pada konsumen perlu dijaga dan ditingkatkan. Sehingga perlunya menilik dan mengevaluasi keandalan sistem distribusi tenaga listrik. Ekspansi jaringan distribusi tenaga listrik guna menyediakan tenaga listrik pada konsumen juga perlu memperhatikan keandalan sistem.
Pada tugas akhir bertujuan untuk menghitung indeks keandalan dari sistem distribusi tenaga listrik di Rayon Blora. Metode yang digunakan dalam menghitung indeks keandalan di tugas akhir ini adalah menggunakan metode FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), dimana metode ini memperhitungkan indeks kegagalan pada tiap – tiap peralatan yang membentuk sistem distribusi tenaga listrik sehingga dapat mempresentasikan indeks keandalan sistem dalam keseluruhan. Indeks keandalan yang telah didapat akan membimbing dalam menentukan penyulang mana yang perlu mendapatkan peningkatan keandalannya dengan cara memasang peralatan sectionalizer dan fuse.
Setelah melakukan perhitungan guna memperbaiki indeks keandalan penyulang Blora 5 didapat bahwa indeks keandalan SAIFI yang sebelumnya memiliki nilai 13,35 membaik menjadi 12,12. Sedangkan nilai SAIDI sebelumnya 19,13 membaik menjadi 18,19 ==================================================================
Continuity and availability of electricity to consumers need to be maintained and improved. So the need to examine and evaluate the reliability of power distribution systems. Expansion of electricity distribution network to provide electricity to consumers also need to pay attention to the reliability of the system.
In the final project aims to calculate the reliability index of power distribution system in Rayon Blora. The method used in calculating reliability index in this final project is using FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) method, where this method takes into account the failure index on each equipment that make up the power distribution system so that it can present the overall system reliability index. The reliability index that has been obtained will guide in determining which repeater needs to get its reliability enhancement by installing sectionalizer and fuse equipment.
After performing the calculations to improve the reliability index of Blora 5 feeder it is found that the SAIFI reliability index which previously had a value of 13.35 improved to 12.12. While the previous SAIDI value of 19.13 improved to 18.19
