Abstract

Pemilihan suatu sistem struktur baja penahan gempa tentunya memerhatikan bagaimana cara membuat struktur bangunan baja menjadi ringan dan kuat. Sistem rangka pengaku eksentris (SRPE) dan staggered truss frames (STF) merupakan beberapa contoh dari sistem penahan gempa pada struktur baja. Apartemen Purimas Surabaya merupakan bangunan 14 lantai yang dimodifikasi dengan menggunakan SRPE dan STF untuk dibandingkan berat material struktur utamanya pada kedua sistem tersebut.
Dalam Tugas Akhir ini, dilakukan perencanaan struktur baja dengan SRPE meliputi perencanaan struktur sekunder, primer dan pondasi yang mengacu pada PPIUG 1983, SNI 03-1729-2002, SNI 1729:2015, SNI 1726:2012, SNI 2847:2013 dan lain-lain. Berat material sturktur hasil dari perencanaan tersebut dibandingkan dengan hasil perencanaan STF pada tugas akhir “Studi Perilaku Staggered Truss Framing Systems pada Gedung Apartemen Purimas Surabaya”.
Berdasarkan analisa dan hasil perhitungan diperoleh hasil, yaitu: pelat atap dan lantai HCS 15 cm, balok link WF400.200.8.13, bresing WF200.200.9.14, kolom CFT 400.400.14, balok induk WF300.200.7.10. Sambungan struktur utama direncanakan sebagai sambungan mutu tinggi dengan baut yang telah disesuaikan. Perencanaan pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang beton pracetak diameter 60 cm dengan kedalaman 30 m dengan 3 tipe pilecap. Berat material struktur utama pada SRPE sebesar 1105 ton, sedangkan pada STF didapatkan 763 ton.

The selection of an earthquake-resistant steel structure system surely noticed how to make steel structure building become light and strong. The Eccentrically Braced Frames system (EBF) and Staggered Truss Frames system (STF) are some examples of earthquake-resistant systems in steel structures. Purimas Surabaya Apartment is a 14-story building that will be modified using SRPE and STF to compare the weight of the primary structure material on both systems.
In this Final Project, the planning of EBF steel structures consists of the planning of secondary structure, primary structure, connections, and foundation that refer from PPIUG 1983, SNI 03-1729 2002, SNI 1729: 2015, SNI 1726: 2012, SNI 2847: 2013 etc. The weight of the primary structural material from planning result is compared with the STF planning result in the final assignment of "Studi Perilaku Staggered Truss Framing Systems pada Gedung Apartemen Purimas Surabaya".
Based on the analysis and calculation results which can be obtained are 15 cm roof HCS for roof and floors plate, WF400.200.8.13 is the dimension of link beam , WF200.200.9.14 is the dimension of bracing, WF300.200.7.10 is the dimension of main beam, CFT400.400.14 is the dimension of column. Primary structure connections is designed with customized high tension bolts. Foundation planning use precast concrete piles with 60 cm diameter, and 30 m depth with 3 types of pilecap. The weight of the main structure material in each sructure system which can be obtained are EBF is 1105 tons, while in STF 763 tons.
