Abstract
Masalah banjir yang sering terjadi di kawasan kampus Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember ( ITS ) Surabaya dipengaruhi adanya berubahnya koefisien pengaliran akibat pembangunan insfrastruktur atau gedung baru. Keadaan saluran yang rusak dan ditumbuhi tanaman dan rumput juga mempengaruhi kemampuan saluran dalam mengalirkan air hujan. Salah satu kawasan banjir di kampus ITS Sukolilo adalah pada Sistem Drainase kampus ITS Sukolilo bagian utara yang menjadikan sungai Kalidami sebagai Bangunan Pembuang Akhir. Berdasarkan hasil survei yang telah dilakukan terdapat beberapa lokasi terjadinya genangan yang terdapat pada kampus ITS bagian utara. Tinggi genangan yang terjadi rata rata berkedalaman 10 - 15 cm. Berdasarkan hasil analisa didapatkan bahwa dimensi saluran primer ITS ( sebelah timur ) dengan lebar 5.5 m dan kedalaman 1.80 m, sedangkan untuk saluran primer yang berada di sebelah barat dengan dimensi lebar 5.2 m dan kedalaman 1.25 m. kemudian pada boezem 2 ( bundaran pakuwon ) dilengkapi dengan pompa berkapasitas 0.25 m3/det sebanyak 3 buah. Hal itu dikarenakan pada boezem 2 ini hanya mampu menampung 50% debit total sedangkan 50% lainya harus dibuang menuju sungai Kalidami. Selain itu juga direncanakan beberapa saluran baru seperti saluran SII W yang berada di Jl. Teknik Kimia dengan dimensi lebar 0.90 m dan kedalaman 0.60 m. kemudian Saluran SII N yang berada di Jl. Taman Alumni bagian sebelah barat dengan dimensi lebar 0.80 m dan kedalaman 0.80 m.

The flooding problem in Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) Surabaya is influenced by the changing of drain coefficient due to the construction of new infrastructure or building. The channel’s condition that have been damaged and overgrown by plants and grasses also affects the channel's ability to drain rainwater.
One of the flooding location was in Drainage Planning System of ITS Sukolilo Campus Surabaya North Section that makes Kalidami River become the Final Disposal Structure. According to survey result on several location that may become flooding on ITS Sukolilo Campus Surabaya North Section. The average elevated of flooding is 10 – 15 cm.
Based on analysis result, it obtained that dimension of ITS primary drain ( east section ) with wide 5.5 m dan depth 1.80 m. and ITS primary drain ( west section ) with wide 5.20 m and depth 1.25 m. ITS Sukolilo Campus Surabaya have a flood controlling structure like boezem. One of the boezem was on west section near the Pakuwon Circle Street that can accommodate 50% of inflow discharge, because of this boezem has to equipped by three pump with 0.25 m3/det capacity.
Moreover that, it planned a several new drain system as SII W which on Teknik Kimia Street with dimension of wide 0.90 m and depth 0.60 m. then SII N drain System which on Taman Alumni Street on west section with dimension of wide 0.80 m and depth 0.80 m.
