Abstract

Pemilihan metode pembangunan pipa bawah laut yang digunakan tergantung pada kondisi lingkungan dan perilaku sistem instalasi pipa yang mendapatkan berbagai beban selama instalasi dan dapat berakibat pada kegagalan. Dalam hal ini diperlukan konfigurasi sudut stinger yang sesuai dengan kriteria agar tidak terjadi overstress dan local buckling pada pipa selama instalasi, adanya variasi kedalaman yang dilakukan 15 meter, 18 meter, 20,65 meter, 21.25 meter dan 22.25 meter dapat membantu analisa tegangan pada pipa di setiap case. Penginstalan pipa sepanjang 23,4 km dari laut utara Tuban. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa konfigurasi sudut stinger yang digunakan selama instalasi untuk setiap kedalaman adalah 15 m dengan sudut stinger 8.880, 18.65 m sudut stinger 8.880, 20.65 m sudut stinger 8.880, 21.25 m sudut stinger 8.880 dan 22.25 m sudut stinger 8.880. Hasil tegangan pipa pada daerah overbend mempunyai nilai 85,13% SMYS atau 352,42 Mpa saat arah datang 90 derajat, sedangkan daerah sagbend pipa mempunyai tegangan maksimum 51,01% SMYS atau 211,2 Mpa saat arah datang 180 derajat. Hasil perhitungan cek local buckling pada semua kondisi menunjukan hasil yang aman selama proses instalasi.

Selection of the subsea pipeline instalation of method used depends on the environmental conditions and behavior of the pipe installation system which acquires various loads during installation and may result in failure. In this case the required angle stinger configuration is in accordance with the criteria to avoid overstress and local buckling on the pipe during the installation, the variation of the depth of 15 meters, 18 meters, 20.65 meters, 21.25 meters and 22.25 meters can help analyze the stress on the pipe in each case. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the configuration of stinger angles used during installation for each depth is 15 m with stinger angle 8.88, 18.65 m stinger angle 8.880, 20.65 m stinger angle 8.880, 21.25 m angle stinger 8.880 and 22.25 m stinger angle 8.880. The result of pipe stress on the overbend area has a value of 85.13% SMYS or 352.42 Mpa when the direction comes 90 degrees, while the sagbend area of the pipe has a maximum voltage of 51.01% SMYS or 211.2 Mpa when the direction comes 180 degrees. Local buckling check results in all conditions show safe results during the installation process.
