Abstract

Berdasarkan Rencana Induk Perkeretaapian Nasional (RIPNAS) Direktorat Jenderal Perkeretaapian Kementrian Perhubungan, April 2011, pada tahun 2030, terjadi peningkatan jumlah perjalanan orang menggunakan moda kereta api di Pulau Jawa yaitu sebesar 858,5 juta orang/tahun dan perjalanan barang di Pulau Jawa sebesar 534 juta ton/tahun sehingga akan mengakibatkan penumpukan perjalan karena jalur kereta yang ada saat ini tidak dapat menampung volume perjalanan yang begitu besar. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah berencana untuk mengembangkan jaringan jalan rel di Jawa dengan progran Double Track atau jalur ganda, antara lain pengembangan jalur tunggal menjadi jalur ganda lintas utara Jawa meliputi Jakarta – Surabaya hingga Banyuwangi agar dicapai pelayanan yang optimal.
Dalam Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan perencanaan double track pada ruas antara Stasiun Banyuwangi Baru dan Stasiun Kalibaru. Dimulai dari KM 18+484 hingga KM 37+390, trase jalur ganda direncanakan tetap mengacu pada trase eksisting dan dipertimbangkan pada kondisi tataguna lahan di kanan kiri jalur eksisting. Struktur atas ( rel, penambat, bantalan, wesel, sambungan), struktur bawah (balas, sub-balas), pematusan jalan rel, bangunan pelengkap seperti jembatan hingga metode pelaksanaan direncanakan sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan No. 60 Tahun 2012 Tentang Persyaratan Teknis Jalur Kereta Api.
Dari hasil perhitungan didapat penempatan trase jalur ganda sepanjang ± 51 km di sisi kanan dari arah Banyuwangi Baru ke Kalibaru dimana ketersediaan lahan terbuka lebih banyak dengan elevasi track baru setinggi elevasi track eksisting. Jalan rel didesain menggunakan jenis rel R.54 dengan lebar sepur 1067 mm, kecepatan rencana maksimum 100 km/jam, tebal balas 55 cm dan sub-balas 20 cm, menggunakan bantalan beton dengan jarak 60 cm dan jenis penambat pandrol elastis ganda, jembatan tipe rangka baja dengan bentang 30 meter dengan menggunakan tiang pancang sedalam 12 meter. Sehingga bisa dijadikan saran pembanding bagi Pemerintah Daerah dalam membangun jaringan jalan rel kedepannya.

Based on the National Railway Master Plan (RIPNAS) Directorate General of Railways Ministry of Transportation, April 2011, in 2030, there was an increase in the number of people traveling using railway mode in Java, which amounted to 858.5 million person / year and travel goods in Java amounted to 534 Million tonnes / years so that will lead to travel accumulation because the existing train line can not accommodate such a large travel volume. Therefore, the government plans to develop a railway network in Java with Double Track or double track program, among others the development of a single track into a double path across the north of Java covering Jakarta - Surabaya to Banyuwangi in order to achieve optimal service.

In this final project is done double track planning on segment between Banyuwangi Baru Station and Kalibaru Station. Starting from KM 18 + 484 to KM 37 + 390, the double track trajectory is planned to refer to the existing trace and be considered in the land use condition on the left-right of the existing route. Top structures (rails, hoists, bearings, drafts, connections), bottom structures (reply, sub-reply), railroads, auxiliary buildings such as bridges to implementation methods are planned in accordance with Regulation of the Minister of Transportation. 60 Year 2012 About Railway Technical Requirements.

From the calculation results obtained placement of double track trace along ± 51 km on the right side of the direction of Banyuwangi Baru to Kalibaru where the availability of more open land with a new elevation track as high as the existing track elevation. The railway is designed using the R.54 rail type with 1067 mm rail width, maximum plan speed of 100 km / h, 55 cm thick and 20 cm subclasses, using concrete pads 60 cm and double elastic pandrol type, Steel frame with a span of 30 meters by using a pile as deep as 12 meters. So it can be used as a comparison suggestion for Local Government in building the rail road network in the future.
