Abstract
Pada era saat ini competitive advantages tidak hanya bergantung pada aspek ekonomi saja, melainkan perlu diimbangi dari sisi sosial dan lingkungan. PT Pertamina Lubricant-Production Unit Gresik merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi pelumas. Dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya, PUG masih belum menerapkan sustainability. Hal tersebut diketahui dari penggunaan sumber daya air yang cenderung mengalami peningkatan dan dampak lingkungan yang besar dari proses bisnisnya yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan mineral crude oil. Sehingga, diusulkan Sustainable Value Stream Mapping untuk mengidentifikasi pemborosan yang terjadi. Hasil identifikasi waste pada PT Pertamina Lubricant-Production Unit Gresik dengan menggunakan Sus-VSM dan metode voting BORDA, waste kritis yang terjadi adalah pemborosan penggunaan air. Pemborosan tersebut mencapai 127% dari SNI. Sedangkan dari aspek lingkungan, dampak lingkungan sebesar 94% disebabkan oleh bahan baku pelumas yaitu crude oil. Diusulkan alternatif perbaikan dengan menerapkan sumber alternatif air melalui Rainwater Harvesting dan alternatif crude oil yaitu Soybean Oil. Alternatif tersebut memberikan perbaikan terhadap permasalahan waste dan sekaligus mengurangi dampak terhadap lingkungan. Hasil dari perhitungan alternatif perbaikan yaitu penurunan pembelian air sebesar 56% dan penurunan dampak terhadap lingkungan sebesar 4350 Pt.

Recently, in order to be competitive. A company should respect not to only
being efficient in financial, but also to yet in social and environmental dimensions.
PT Pertamina Lubricant-Production at Gresik (PT PUG) for the time seing has
unpropriate environmental performance. It is indicated by consuming excessive
process which in turn emerges an environmental impacts. Lubricant production it
self provides/produces environmental problems due to waste of mineral-crude oil
as material input productions. In order to increase in eco-efficiency performances,
this research propose as intergrated model of Value Stream Mapping and
Sustainable Manufacturing as Sustainable Value Stream Mapping. To do so, VSM
model, BORDA method and LCA is implemented for identification and solving the
problem inefficiency of process and sustainability of production system. Based on
the research, it is found that the critical waste is due to of excessive water
consumption, 127% above the level of SNI. In term of environmental impact, 94%
of environmental problem is caused by processing of lubricant of crude oil. The
conclusion of research reveals that utilizing of rainwater harvesting system could
be opted solution for reducing excessive water consumption and replacement of
crude oil to soybean oil could be reducing the environmental problems significantly,
i.e: it would less consume of water by 56% and reduce of environmental to 4350 pt
(measured by LCA)
