Abstract

Spillway atau saluran pelimpah adalah struktur yang digunakan untuk menyediakan aliran yang terkendali dari bendungan ke daerah hilir sungai yang dibendung. Saluran pelimpah melepas banjir sehingga air tidak melebihi dan merusak bendungan. Pada tugas akhir ini akan direncanakan analisa pelaksanaan dan konstruksi proyek pembangunan Side Spillway pada Waduk Tukul Pacitan.
Metode analisa data yang digunakan adalah deskripsi proyek yang terdiri dari teknik pengumpulan data, sumber data, analisa data (analisa alat berat, produktifitas, biaya alat berat, biaya tenaga kerja, durasi pekerjaan, dan analisa material), teknik pelaksanaan dan rancangan tugas akhir. Setelah semua data yang diperlukan telah terkumpul kemudian menghitung total tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan dengan menggunakan acuan HSPK wilayah Pacitan. Kemudian merencanakan time schedule agar sesuai dengan rancangan jadwal yang diinginkan. Time schedule yang dilampirkan terdiri dari Kurva S, Network Planning dan Ghantt Chart agar dapat dipahami lebih jelas dan optimal.
Dari hasil perencanaan pelaksanaan didapatkan waktu pelaksanaan proyek Side Spillway selama 289 hari dan total biaya yang diperlukan adalah sebesar Rp 101.619.880.264,00

Spillway or overflow channel is a structure used to
provide controlled flow of a dam to a dammed downstream area.
The overflow ducts release floods so the water does not exceed
and damage the dam. In this final project will be planned analysis
of the implementation and construction of the Side Spillway
construction project at Tukul Pacitan Reservoir.
Data analysis methods used are project descriptions
consisting of data collection techniques, data sources, data
analysis (machine analysis, productivity, cost of equipment, labor
cost, duration of work, and material analysis), implementation
techniques and final project design. Once all the required data
has been collected then calculate the total labor required by
using the Pacitan area HSPK reference. Then plan the time
schedule to fit the desired schedule design. The attached time
schedule consists of Curve S, Network Planning and Ghantt
Chart in order to be understood more clearly and optimally.
From the results of the implementation plan, the time for
the implementation of the Side Spillway project is 289 days and
the total cost required is IDR 101.619.880.264,00 and the time schedule method shows all items of work activities containing the
planning items, the working time and the resource sheet
according to the design Which are desirable and interconnected
with one another.
