Abstract

Semakin meningkatnya kepadatan lalu lintas kapal, mengakibatkan perlu adanya suatu sistem untuk memonitor lalu lintas kapal guna meningkatkan keamanan dan keselamatan pelayaran di Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak. Pada penelitian ini akan diarancang sebuah sistem untuk memprediksi arah pergerakan kapal berbasiskan data AIS menggunakan logika fuzzy. Dengan sistem ini pergerakan seperti berjalan lurus ataupun berbelok dapat diketahui. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan logika fuzzy tipe Mamdani dengan 3 variabel masukan yaitu, deltav, distance, dan time serta keluaran berupa move. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan membandingkan antara hasil keluaran sistem dan kejadian yang sebenarnya dengan aplikasi google earth. Dari hasil pengujian dapat dibuktikan bahwa sistem yang dirancang sudah cukup relevan untuk diterapkan dalam memonitor kepadatan lalu lintas kapal di pelabuhan Tanjung Perak.

A system used to monitor the ship’s traffic is need for secure and safety issue at port of Tanjung Perak because of the increased density of ships. This research will design a system using fuzzy logic-based on AIS data to predict the heading of movement of the ship. The system uses mamdani type fuzzy logic with 3 input variables that are deltav, distance, time, and move as an output. It can predict the movements of the ship whether is straight forwardin or making a turn. It tested by comparing between the output from the system and real data that showed on google earth application. From the test results proven that the designed system is quite relevant to be applied for monitor the ship’s traffic at port of Tanjung Perak.
