Abstract

Gedung Golden Tulip Essensial Hotel Bojonegoro yang termasuk bangunan tidak beraturan merupakan gedung hotel 8 lantai dengan satu lantai basement, dan jarak antar kolom rata-rata 7 meter. Pada lantai 1 atau lantai Ground Floor terdapat ruang pertemuan yang membutuhkan ketinggian sebesar 7 meter sehingga ruang pada lantai 2 yang berada tepat diatas ruang pertemuan menjadi ruangan kosong (void). Pada Tugas Akhir ini gedung Golden Tulip Essensial Hotel Bojonegoro akan direncanakan ulang menjadi gedung hotel 10 lantai dengan satu lantai basement. Sistem struktur dengan material beton bertulang konvensional akan dimodifikasi menjadi sistem struktur dengan material baja. Material baja dipilih karena memiliki beberapa keuntungan dibanding material lain.
Sistem struktrur yang digunakan adalah Sistem Rangka Bresing Tahan Tekuk (Buckling Restrained Braced Frame, BRBF ) yang merupakan pengembangan dari Sistem Rangka Bresing Konsentrik (Concentrically Braced Frame, CBF). Struktur BRBF merupakan inovasi untuk menyelesaikan masalah tekuk yang dialami bresing saat mengalami gaya tekan pada sistem CBF. Sistem struktur BRBF berfungsi sebagai penahan gaya lateral yang bekerja pada suatu portal sehingga dapat meminimalisir deformasi horizontal dan simpangan yang terjadi.
Tahapan desain mulai dari menghitung gaya dan beban-beban yang mempengaruhi struktur, menentukan desain sistem strukturnya, mengontrol stabilitas elemen-elemen struktur terhadap beban-beban yang bekerja, menentukan dinding basement dan pondasi yang dipakai pada sistem struktur yang mampu menahan beban-beban yang direncanakan, kemudian menuangkan dalam gambar teknis sebagai hasil akhir perencanan.
Dari analisa dan hasil perhitungan gedung Golden Tulip Essensial Hotel Bojonegoro diperoleh hasil, yaitu: tebal pelat lantai 2–atap 9 cm, tebal pelat lantai GF 12 cm, tebal pelat lantai basement 25 cm, dimensi balok induk lantai 2–3 WF 700.300.13.24 , lantai 4–7 WF 600.200.11.17, dan lantai 7–atap WF 500.200.10.16. Sedangkan dimensi kolom utama pada lantai 1–5 CFT HSS 600.600.16.16, lantai 2–3 CFT HSS 500.500.16.16, lantai 6–atap CFT HSS 500.500.16.16, dan dimensi bresing BRB HSS 250.20.16 dengan Steel Core 150.150.15. Pada lantai GF dimensi Balok Anak 35/50, Balok Balok Induk 45/65, Kolom KC-1 100/100, Kolom KC-2 80/80, Sloof 40/60, dan dinding basement memiliki ketebalan 25 cm. Sambungan struktur utama direncanakan dengan baut A325 ( fub = 8250 Mpa). Pondasi menggunakan spun pile berdiameter 50 cm dengan panjang terbenam 30 m.

The Golden Tulip Essential Hotel Bojonegoro Building which includes an irregular building is a hotel building with 8th floor and one basement floor, and spacing between columns are 7 meter. On the 1st floor or Ground Floor there is a meeting room that requires a free height of 7 meters so that the space on the 2nd floor which is right above the meeting room becomes empty room (void). In this final project the Golden Tulip Essensial Hotel Bojonegoro will be redesign to be a hotel building with 10th floor and one basement floor. Structural system with conventional reinforced concrete material will be modified into structural system with steel material. Steel material is chosen because it has many advantages than other materials.
The structural system used Buckling Restrained Braced Frame (BRBF) System which is the improvement of Concentrically Braced Frame (CBF) System. BRBF structure is an innovation to solve buckling problems when bracing loaded in compression on the CBF system. BRBF structure system serves as a lateral force holder working on a portal so can minimize the horizontal deformation and deviations that happen.
The design stage starts from calculating forces and loads affecting the structure, determining the design of the structure system, controlling the stability of the structural elements from the working loads, determining the basement wall and foundation that able to hold the planned loads in the structural system, then presents it in the technical drawings as the final result of the plan.
From the analysis and calculation result of Golden Tulip Essensial Hotel Bojonegoro Building the results obtained : the 2nd floor until roof floor slab used thickness of 9 cm, the ground floor slab used thickness of 12 cm, the basement floor slab used thickness of 25 cm, the dimensions of 2nd floor until 3rd floor beam are WF 700.300.13.24 , the dimensions of 4th floor until 7th floor beam are WF 600.200.11.17, and the dimensions of 7th floor until roof floor beam are WF 500.200.10.16. While the dimensions of main column on the 1st floor until 5st floor are CSS HSS 600.600.16.16, the dimensions of main column on the 2nd floor until 3rd floor are CFT HSS 500.500.16.16, dimensions of main column on the 6th floor until roof floor are CSS HSS 500.500.16.16., and the dimensions of the BRB bracing is HSS 250.150.16 with Steel Core 150.150.15. On the dimensions of ground floor (GF) second beam with size of 35/50, main beam with size of 45/65, column KC-1 with size of s 100/100, column with size of KC-2 80/80, tie beam with size of 40/60, and the basement wall used thickness of 25 cm. The main structure is planned as a rigid connection with bolt of A325 (fub bolt = 8250 Mpa). Foundation design used spun piles with diameter of 50 cm and length of 30 m.
