Abstract
Proyek akhir ini merupakan perencanaan pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek Pembangunan Jalan Giriwoyo-Duwet pada STA 02+000 – 12+000. Perencanaan yang akan dilakukan terdiri dari penentuan item pekerjaan, perhitungan volume pekerjaan, penentuan metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan, penentuan sumber daya (tenaga kerja, material, dan alat), kapasitas produksi setiap jenis pekerjaan, dan manajemen pelaksanaannya.
Data yang didapatkan dari tugas akhir ini berupa gambar kerja, volume pekerjaan, spesifikasi teknik, dan jadwal pelaksanaan sebagai control hasil perencanaan. Gambar kerja digunakan untuk menghitung kembali volume pekerjaan, spesifikasi teknis akan digunakan sebagai landasan penetapan metode kerja, sedangkan jadwal pelaksanaan yang ada akan digunakan hanya sebagai pembanding dari hasil tugas akhir ini.
Metode pelaksanaan untuk menentukan network planning (jaringan kerja), agar dapat mengetahui waktu pelaksanaan yang paling singkat dengan meggunakan alat bantu MS. Projet 2013. Output dari software ini adalah Gantt-Chrat (Schedule dalam bentuk bar-chart), Network Planning, Resource Graph (Grafik sumber daya), laporan biaya, serta kurva S.
Perhitungan waktu dan biaya pelaksanaan pembangunan menggunakan sumber referensi dari Permen PU No.28/PRT/M/2016 tentang Pedoman Analisa Harga Satuan Pekerjaan Bidang Pekerjaan Umum, gambar kerja, dan spesifikasi teknis. Oleh karena itu, tugas akhir ini membahas mengenai Estimasi Waktu dan Biaya Pelaksanaan Pembangunan Jalan Giriwoyo – Duwet pada STA 02+000-12+000.

This final project is planning the implementation of Giriwoyo-Duwet Road Construction project on STA 02 + 000 - 12 + 000. Planning to be undertaken consists of the determination of work items, work volume calculation, the determination of job implementation methods, the determination of resources (labor, materials, and tools), production capacity of each type of work, and implementation management.
The data obtained from this final project are job drawing, work volume, technical specification, and implementation schedule as control of planning result. The working drawing is used to recalculate the volume of work, the technical specifications will be used as the basis for determining the working method, while the existing execution schedule will be used only as a comparison of the results of this final project.
Method of implementation to determine the network planning (network), in order to know the shortest implementation time by using the tool MS. Projet 2013. The output of this software is Gantt-Chrat (Schedule in the form of bar-chart), Network Planning, Resource Graph (resource graph), cost report, and S curve.
Calculation of time and cost of development implementation using reference source from Minister of Public Works Decree No.28 / PRT / M / 2016 on Guidance of Working Cost Analysis of Working Unit of Public Works, drawing of work, and technical specification. Therefore, this final project discusses the Time and Cost Estimates of the Implementation of Giriwoyo Road Construction - Duwet on STA 02 + 000-12 + 000.
